Walls were so thin- you may as well have been in the same room. Very questionable guests. I put extra security around my door. Awful. Kid at The front desk was polite"

"Breakfast was good! The pool was great. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Staff was very nice. My one and only like ‘do what’ kinda thing was when I asked if they had extra pillows, I was told they were completely out. So if you’re someone that likes a lot of pillows, make sure to bring some of your own. lol."

"1st room I was assigned smelled like urine then i was assigned a different room that had mold on the bathroom walls and a flooded bathroom floor. I asked for a different room assignment and was told that they were suddenly sold out. when asked if I could be financially compensated they said no because i booked through hotels.com instead of directly from them. then i was offered a 2nd night at half off only if i paid upfront. also promised that maintence would come and fix the issues when I arrived back at the room the 2nd night nothing had been done and no one was willing to help. terrible experience. I asked for a refund and was told no."

"Very nice staff, fairly quiet hotel. I mentioned to the front desk that there were ants all over the counter where the coffee maker was and that the shower and sink took 5 minutes to turn hot. She was receptive; I’m hoping she will report those issues and that they will be resolved."
