Positivo, gentili, sorridenti e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Centralissimo, 10 min a piedi dal porto. Prima colazione inclusa ottima e abbondante. Ottimo punto di riferimento per la prossima gita.

Struttura con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, vicinissima al porto. Ho apprezzato la comodità di essere all'imbarco per l'Elba in cinque minuti a pedi (molto comodo per una gita in giornata all'isola senza traghettare la macchina).

L'alloggiamento tipo motel con camere un accanto all'altra e pareti che non trattengono i rumori provenienti dai vicini. Mi è piaciuta la colazione e, dal momento che avevo un traghetto molto presto, la disponibilità degli addetti di fornirla anche prima dell'orario stabilito. Non ho capito perché la ricevuta del pagamento mi è stata consegnata con l'intestazione di una Residenza Sanitaria Assistita, invece che quella dell'albergo. Non ci vedo chiaro e poi non mi piace che risulti da qualche parte che sono stato ospite di una RSA

La struttura è interessante anche per la vista sul porto e strategicamente comoda per le partenze alle isole. Ha ottime potenzialità e potrebbe essere curata un pochino di più. Personale gentilissimo e buono il suggerimento per cena e passeggiata a Piombino centro. Fattibile anche a piedi.

Solo come passaggio

Soggiorno necessario solo causa traghetto per l'Elba. Non aspettatevi nulla perchè non avrete nulla. Niente ciabattine, colazione essenziale, shampoo in bustine difficili da aprire, arredo datato e poco pulito. Sanno quello che hanno: una clientela di necessità di passaggio dal porto. Nota positiva: camere molto ampie.
