"We had a fabulous time at Mark and Allyson’s lovely home! We truly felt like we were in a tropical paradise. The gardens are stunning and the pool and outdoor shower kept us refreshed in the heat. Uvita and the nearby communities are readily accessible. The concierge and Mark made themselves available for any questions/concerns and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. The house is extremely comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is well appointed. We were able to make most of our meals at the house and enjoyed the views with each meal from the deck. I hope to be back again someday soon!"

"This place was amazing and had everything we needed for a nice visit. Three stories with two rooms on each floor, a full kitchen on each floor and washers and dryers on each floor. Not to mention the sunsets are beautiful over the water. Seriously this place is worth it "

"We loved our 3-week stay here. Our favourite part was definitely the wildlife - we saw more here than any other place we’ve visited! The space was larger than we expected and the beds were very comfortable. The driveway is steep but doable without 4x4. We wished the pool was a bit warmer but it was so refreshing on a hot day. "We absolutely loved the eight days we spent at this incredible house. Our hosts were very welcoming and met us when we arrived. I had a few questions while we were there and got responses almost instantly.The house was spotless. There wasn't anything that we needed that they didn't have. The pool was fantastic. There wasn't a single day that we didn't swim or chill in the pool. We enjoyed seeing the toucans and other local birds that came around every morning and evening. We even had a coati come visit a couple of the days. One evening we could see howler monkeys in a tree down below the house. Not only was the house great, but the entire area was wonderful. The people were friendly and welcoming. If you're an animal lover, I suggest a tour of Hacienda Baru, which is about 20 minutes away. We used Freddy Cascante. It was our favorite activity for the two weeks we spent in Costa Rica.We wouldn't hesitate to come back to this beautiful property. It's easy to feel the pura vida spirit here."

The spacious layout, including an adjoining casita, provided plenty of room, and the second-floor balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy true Costa Rica jungle sounds and views of the Pacific. We loved gathering and relaxing by the pool, with a bar conveniently connected to the kitchen.The location was perfect—90 minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park, 50 minutes from Nauyaca Waterfalls, 30 min from Uvita Zipline and just 5 minutes to the secluded Playa Piñuela. The property manager was excellent with communication and gave great local recommendations.A fantastic spot for both relaxation and adventure!"
