Check in was very impersonal and after a full days travel we were required to line up again to fill out an pay the government tax, surly this can be done anytime during the stay. The person who took us to our room gave us no information about the place room wise or resort wise. They talk a good service ethic but as far as I was concerned service was non existent. Overpriced for the standard of the overall experience. To make the stay...

"Great hotel at the beach. Nice staff and great facilities. Breakfast and diner were very good. We had a great time relaxing and lying on the beach. There is not much to do in Uroa, but the hotel offers a lot of great excursions to explore Zanzibar (though they are a bit pricy)."
