Staff were polite. The location is convenient for accessing the railroad station to other parts of China. Close to the Hong Kong border crossing. Central to all other attractions around Shenzhen. Very comfortable & quiet oasis away from the hustle in the area.

In a business district surrounded by eateries. Easy walking to malls. Friendly and helpful staff. English proficiency is marginals but adequate to help. Room was big and clean. Will return.

Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian by IHG
Might’ve been 5 stars 30 years ago. Everything is dated, looks nice superficially. Over priced for the quality of rooms. Mold, stains on carpet.
