"We had a great little weekend stay. The host was very responsive and really accommodating to our late arrival and needs. We enjoyed coffee on the patio (though it was chilly out) watching the deer. This place had all the little amenities we didnt know we needed until we needed them. Would definitely recommend. "

"Blood soak mattress in one room. Missing furniture that was in pics but not there. We had to hire a cleaning crew to make it livible. Ice maker in fridge never worked. There was visible water damage to much of the drywall and base boards. Carpet was ripped and in poor condition. Hot tub was broken, and never worked. Listing implied special access to the Pinery clubhouse but that was not true.Front lawn was dead and backyard overrunned with weeds."

"Quite neighborhood with relaxing setting on back patio, with goats and horses nearby to watch. Place seemed to have all household necessities, with a very cool and unique South American (Peru) decor. Close to Denver and the quaint Castle Rock town. Great spot! "

"Simeon and Gigi and were absolutely wonderful hosts! Any time we had reached out, they were very quick to respond. The property is exceptional. Not only is it one of the best stocked rentals we have stayed in (and we stay in many lol), the unit is very clean, beds are comfortable, and all seating in house is comfortable. We will definitely be back!Forgot to mention how great the neighborhood was, we saw wildlife every single day and got witness the deer right in the yard! "

"We rented this property for a little over 5 weeks. It was the perfect place for our group with plenty of amenities to spare. From the top to the bottom, the property was clean, well appointed and really felt like a home away from home. The owner and his wife were amazing hosts and really helped us settle in and get acclimated. The home has all the modern amenities you could want from an espresso machine to a hot tub and fireplace. Every appliance that you could think to need, they have it here. The thing that really sets this property apart is the wildlife. We saw wild turkeys, squirrels lots of birds and deer, all in the front yard of the property. Absolutely amazing. With all the modern appointments you could want or need and a beautiful setting, you can’t go wrong with this property.Book with confidence! "

"We sold a home faster than expected and needed a place to stay for about 6 weeks before our new home was ready. Rather than stay in an apartment we elected to rent a home short term. During this time frame I also had neck surgery and the host allowed us to bring some of our own furniture so that I would be more comfortable while recovering. It was a great place to stay between homes and the host was extremely accommodating. "
