Cogimos parking para 3 noches y en el garage que nos reservaron no entraba nuestro vehículo por la altura y tuvimos que dejar el coche en la calle ese día y las motos en el garage. El baño olía bastante mal a desagüe, la persiana no cerraba bien y entraba mucha luz por las mañanas y había muchos ruidos del resto de habitaciones, por lo que dormir a partir de las 9,00h ha sido...

"The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were...
