Welcome home! To The Green On #17 is a renovated, second-story studio condo perfectly situated on hole #17 of Pinehurst No. 3 Golf Course. Relax on the private back deck with perfect views of the fairway and enjoy the sunshine and unmatched peace and quiet. Bright, luxurious finishes combined with an excellent location make this studio condo perfect for a weekend golf getaway or a weeklong stay!

Please note this is a second-story condo. You must ascend 12 exterior steps to reach the front door.

The condo was renovated in 2022 and all furnishings were purchased new. Space is appointed with a king-size bed and comfy memory foam mattress, two cozy armchairs for relaxing, a dedicated desk and working area with a computer monitor and HDMI cable. All towels and linens are provided and there is a laundry hut in the neighborhood with coin-operated washers and dryers for you to use (see the house manual for more information). Like a boutique hotel room with a full kitchen!

The living area is equipped with a 50-inch Roku Smart TV with Netflix or any other streaming app available for use, along with Spectrum Cable TV (complete with the Golf Channel of course)!

The spacious bathroom is complete with a custom walk-in shower and a luxurious "rain-shower" showerhead.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need for a weekend getaway or month-long stay, including stainless steel appliances. You will love our well-appointed, cozy condo with easy access to all Pinehurst has to offer. Make yourself at home in one of the world’s most celebrated golf towns!

When you book your stay, please ensure the number of guests (up to 2) you put in the reservation is accurate, and let us know if an additional guest is added later. Provisions are provided depending on the number of guests, and we are required to know how many people may be in the building in case of an emergency.

Note: There is a camera integrated with the front doorbell for the safety and security of our home. The camera records both video and audio and is occasionally monitored to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. The camera is pointing outwards, and will ONLY record motion and audio directly outside the front door. Please DO NOT tamper with the camera. The doorbell still functions as a typical doorbell.

Our condo is suitable for infants and toddlers, but please note that we do not provide cribs, high-chairs, etc., and the condo has not been "child-proofed." Use your own discretion based on the listing details and photos.

Our property is not equipped with a private washer/dryer, but there is a laundry hut in the neighborhood with coin operated machines to use. Please refer to the house manual for more information.

Great Spot for Golf

The property is clean and updated. It is centrally located close to the Pinehurst golf courses. The owner is very responsive and let us check in a little early which we appreciated. We enjoyed the nearby Pinehurst Track Restaurant and watching the horses train.

Pinehurst Getaway

We stayed here while we were in town for our friends' wedding at the Carolina Hotel and this place was perfect for us! So clean and comfortable and the hosts went above and beyond to provide snacks, coffee, and even toiletries that we forgot. It was also so close to everything that Pinehurst has to offer! Definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Long weekend in North Carolina

We were here for a long weekend to visit relatives. This was a perfect place to stay. Great communication from the owner. It was clean, had an iron and ironing board. Even some snacks. Bed was very comfortable.

We loved this place! We had our first anniversary this weekend and it was the perfect place to be. There was an array of snacks waiting for us. Everything was super clean. Convenient to everywhere we went. The balcony was great to sit on and relax. Shower was great. Bed was super comfortable. We would love to come back here again!

Great Location/Great Communication

You really couldn’t get a better location. A very short walk to the Pinehurst Clubhouse and The Cradle! Also close to The Village and Track! It was perfect for a couples getaway. The location was amazingly quiet as well. The snacks were a bonus and the communication throughout was fantastic!

The Green On #17

This condo is a very easy walk to #2, The Cradle and The Deuce. An easy walk to the village as well. The view is relaxing, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. There are detailed instructions on how things work and places you may like to visit. I would certainly stay here again.

First-time BnB guest here—and I’m officially converted! The property was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly peaceful—just right for two people. With the summer heat and humidity, I was especially grateful that the AC worked flawlessly and kept us perfectly cool.Our host, William, truly lives up to the “Premium Host” title. Check-in was a breeze, and he provided all the essential info—clear directions, entry instructions, and thoughtful extras like snacks, cleaning supplies, sunscreen, and more.The bed was super comfortable, the showers were hot, and we had access to cable TV with streaming and fast Wi-Fi. We loved staying at To the Green on #17. The comfortable and well decorated studio was in a great location. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a weekend stay. It was very clean and thoughtfully laid out. The balcony looked out over a beautiful fairway. I appreciated the nightlights, shower grab bars, provided snacks and coffee pods. We will definitely book again when back in the area.

Pinehurst #17 Fairway Stay

You will love working with the Host/Hostess of this VRBO. My questions were answered almost before I asked them, they were so quick to reply. Before I arrived, I had everything settled to assure we were ready for our stay. This VRBO was comfortable and had everything we needed. Entering the property was smooth and went without a hitch. Plenty of parking and felt safe. This property is great for the golfer coming to play Pinehust. You are not only on the 17th fairway but a few minutes away from checking in at the clubhouse prior to your roundI would stay here again. .
