Beautiful and spacious renovated (1600 sq ft) 3BR condo located on the 2nd fairway of Pinehurst Resort and Country Club's Course No. 5. Condo across the Harness Track and a short walk to Pinehurst Club House and all its amenities. Great location for participants of North and South championship as well as US kids championship.

Master bedroom has a King bed as well as a modern ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the amazing views of the golf course from the back deck. Smart TV in living Room.

The kitchen is fully appointed for meal preparation. Afterwards, come sit at large dining room table or maybe relax on the balcony overlooking the golf course.

The Pinehurst courses have played host to the US Open, the Ryder Cup Championship, the U.S. Amateur, and the PGA Championship. In 2024, the famed Pinehurst No. 2 will again host the U.S Open. The 2024 U.S. Open will be the 11th USGA championship to be hosted by the club and will be the 10th in the last 35 years, more than any other site in the United States. The course has served as the site of more single golf championships than any destination in America.

Almost all the area courses are listed among the top 100 courses in North Carolina. Four of the courses are listed among the top ten golf experiences in North Carolina. Pinehurst No.2 and Pine Needles are regarded as among the best courses the United States has to offer. Numerous classes and golf training camps are available at these area resorts.

Beautiful place!

My family and I were in town due to the passing of my father and got to stayed here for a few days. It was a beautiful place right on the golf course, and close to stores, restaurants, etc. easy check-in, bottle waters in the fridge. Just wish we were here on better circumstances to really enjoy it. Thank you for the lovely accommodations

The location is perfect and the house was extremely clean and EXACTLY how it is pictured online. The furniture is so relaxing and just a great place to unwind after a day on the course. Annual golf trip for 4 retired friends

The condo was great. Very large with a well stocked kitchen. We played 6 rounds and all were within 20 minute drive. The condo looks out on Pinehurst # 5 first hole green, so you can watch groups chipping up onto the green and putting.

Great Space Great Location

Have traveled to Pinehurst many times with 2 people and have always stayed in the same area of Linville Gardens condos off of Beulah Hill Rd. This time our family of 5 came and needed a bigger place. This renovated unit had enough space for my entire family plus everyone had their own bed. Added bonus of a washing machine and dryer in the condo was amazing especially when we usually have to bring quarters to use the condo complex’s machines! Would stay here again in a heart beat!
