"I most start by saying that the location of this hotel is perfect. The crow you find is very nice and educated , which important for my family and I. Now I like to express my discomfort. When I arrived on Friday night , the front desk agent gave us a king sides bed, I had made reservations for multiple beds. When I called her from the room and explained to her that my son was coming to stay that we needed 2 beds , she just advised to have him sleep in the sofa ( not acceptable, my reservation was for multiple beds , explained to her that the last 2 times he stay and slept in the sofa was very uncomfortable. Tiffany told me that because the reservation was through a third party (Expedia , it was ok to make changes to it. She did not care! Next morning I went to the front desk and a gentleman name Rowland Hudson to my surprise took care of the situation and transferred us to a a room with 2 queen beds as I had reserved. To me he was excellent and really made things better, I was ready to never comeback. He deserves a 5 star for costumer services and problem solving. The room was very pleasant and clean that also deserves a 5 star ."

"Our family of six had an excellent stay. The property was exactly as advertised and matched the photos. The entire VRBO experience was smooth and stress-free, from check-in to communication with the host. Everything was clearly explained, and the host was responsive and easy to work with.One thing that stood out was the neighborhood. It was clean, safe, quiet, and very family-oriented, which was important to us while traveling with family. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere of the area.We would absolutely look to book this property again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in a great neighborhood."

"Rooms are dirty doors are broken then fix with a plaster type material the come apart very easily then staff acting like they have no idea either they use easy entry or in my case. The door got caught on the frame. Then when I try to close it shut, it came apart white plaster dust substance all over the floor didn’t feel safe staying there still kept me in the same room with a broken door then they charged me for it. You’re gonna ask to speak to Managment no management around this is just wild never been through this. I’ve been in hundreds of hotels I would be careful and beware of this place."

"This Holiday Inn Express is wonderful! The staff is very friendly and the property is clean. I was pleasantly surprised at the complimentary breakfast that was offered. This is often a pretty unappealing selection of items and bad coffee that seem thrown together in some dark area. This area was very clean and bright, the food selection was very good and the coffee was also very good! I only needed the room for one night for a nearby event, but I would stay here again! The only negative was the parking. It isn't operated by the hotel. The garage is located just next door as part of a residential building. The staff was friendly enough, but very disorganized. They were also clearly understaffed. I recommend patience and allowing ample time to park and to retrieve your vehicle (it is valet parking). But I do recommend this hotel!"

"We needed a house for our two families to stay for a graduation weekend and this home worked perfectly for us. Plenty of space was available on 3 levels plus an outdoor porch. We enjoyed the large dining table and also the living room with plenty of seating. Grocery store and New Rochelle station are a short drive away, but walking the area was easy as well and we felt safe to walk at night around the neighborhood.The host was accommodating and responsive to communications. We would stay again."
