"Darla and Josh at the front desk were very friendly. Very attentive with help printing passes and local travel tips. Locals who grew up in Bend . The hotel was extremely clean , one of the tidiest we’ve visited . And that stands out today among other declining properties . Location is convenient walking distance to the River , shops , Hayden Homes , Deschutes Brewery and more "
"First time stay. Reasonably priced and well appointed rooms! We reserved a double queen standard room. Very spacious bathroom with walk in shower! Comfy beds. Would stay again."
"Beautiful property and amenities. My only negative was the $38 per day charge for bicycles (even if only needed for a couple of hours) especially considering the cost of the room."
"This was a great facility with pleasant and helpful staff. The room was quite large with an incredible view of the golf course. We were very pleased with everything about the stay there. The following were a couple of my observations:
- We had a room with two Queen beds and the beds were quite comfortable.
- The curtains were excellent at light blocking. I was quite impressed when we opened the curtains in the morning to find that it was a gloriously sunny day out, but with the curtains closed it was pitch black in the room.
- We had a room right on the golf course. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking one of the tee boxes while having a relaxing drink. It was quiet and peaceful.
- Everything was very clean and in great condition.
- We did not actually eat onsite, but downtown Bend is a quick 10 minute drive with many great options. Every meal we ate downtown was fantastic.
The following are the few MINOR "wish list" items to make it even better:
- Smart television options to pull up things like Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc.
- While the bathroom was well maintained and quite large, more water volume in the shower could be nicer (I understand the use of water efficient heads, but not as luxurious). "
"Clean room, friendly staff, hot breakfast was a bonus, plus it was really good! many food options available. Fresh coffee machine was great! Overall was very pleased with our stay and bedding was very comfortable. The kids loved the pool, i did wish that they had a Jacuzzi but still had a pleasant stay! "
"Great place for the cost. Clean rooms, friendly staff and convenient access to amenities. We have our dog with us and there are small places to take him for his morning and evening walks in the area. "
