"Opted out of breakfast as there were plenty of nearby options. Was a bit annoyed because they did not have updated TVs with app choices. Was planning on watching a sporting event but had no access to prime Netflix or any another apps, just the limited TV cable channels."

"This hotel was definitely giving motel vibes. The experience was nothing like what was advertised. The elevator wasn’t working, there were roaches, and we couldn’t even find our room because everything was confusing and poorly marked. On top of that, the pool didn’t work either. I was told something completely different before booking, so this stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience."

"I gave this place a chance but no. There is a strong odor of smoke in the room and I asked for a non-smoking room. I stayed 4 days and they never cleaned my room. Also is very noisy because of the cars in the highway "

His experience wasn't so welcoming. So for that along I will not refer future prospects. Also that must remember to check with their to see if they never linen, liner's and toilettes."

"I booked the reservation about 1 week ago based on the pictures, but when I arrived, I literally saw prostitution going on, and one of them was very angry and tried to provoke me to fight with them. Also, the building looks like it's cracking and falling apart."

"I arrived to check in at the Tucker, Georgia location after booking through Expedia and had an awful experience. The lady at the counter named Kelly instantly became frustrated when she realized my booking was through Expedia. She pulled up my booking and I paid the $2 administration fee. She then proceeded to tell me that the virtual card being sent over from Expedia was declining and I needed to call Expedia. I reached out to Expedia and was told that Motel 6 needed to contact the vendor to re-issue a new virtual card. Kelly refused to contact the vendor stating that she can’t call anyone. I then called the vendor services number myself and was unable to reach the hotel vendor customer service option so I called Expedia back. The hotel themselves contacted Motel 6 and spoke with Kelly requesting for her to contact the vendor to receive a new virtual card and she refused. Expedia then contacted the vendor and connected me with someone from vendor services who stated that Kelly was over charging the virtual card which was causing it to decline. They contacted Kelly themselves and asked her to retry the virtual card and they provided her with the correct amount and she refused and disconnected the call. I was then booked another room somewhere else by Expedia. Long story short, MOTEL 6 needs to hire people that wants to work because Kelly does not want to do her job! This was a BIG inconvenience for me and my husband and I will be requesting compensation!"
