"We paid for the suit from Hotels.com, found that their sofa bed has blood stains(big one,very gross), front desk refused the change our room to same suit, she offered us to live in smaller room. I told the front desk lady I used to work in hotel front desk, if she only have smaller rooms left then she has to give us two rooms as we booked a suite which has two rooms, but she refused to do it, she keeps on making excuse that we booked it through third party so they cannot do it, which doesn’t make sense at all, wether we booked from third party or not, this is their hotel that THEY should be in charge of serving guests."

"Pros: -Staff was kind -Housekeepers are doing a great job! They came by everyday and restocked (I always have an issue with this at the higher end hotels). -Beds were comfy (minus the bed cover) -New A/C unit Cons: -Room had a smell -Pool closed 2/3 days we were there -Breakfast hours were inconvenient for us so we didn't partake thus adding to our expenses of eating out (6am-8am) -No closet, has a weird built in divider (Note to hotel: This item needs to be restored/Painted or replaced because it makes the room look old along with the carpet. Also the outside of the building looks like hotel transelvania. It desperately needs a painting to something more vibrant. The yellow lights in the hallways make it look tired and old. Maybe also add smell to the main vents. The hotel has alot of potential. It just needs updates. Overall it should have been a little less expensive imo, but all Austin seems to be higher. Im sure the current owners are going to do a great job with transforming the hotel 🙂"

"Door keys card need update. Lost code on cards several times on 3rd floor. Staff relocated us to 4th floor and they worked perfectly"

"The property could be a little better maintained. The water was barely warm when I took a shower. I didn't have any issues with my room. I did sleep well. Bedding and bathroom were both clean."
