"2nd day there- someone walked into our room.The hotel checked us out, our room was given to someone else. We had another night to stay. My daughter was in the bathroom dressing. Last morning there was, water was leaking from the ceiling through the light fixture. All they could do was give us a 30.00 breakfast voucher because we booked through Expedia!!! Terrible!!"

"Didn't get to meet any staff personally, but the response to messages was prompt and friendly. Room was clean with little extras like swan towel and a welcome tray and parking was close to front door and set aside specifically for the guests. The only drawbacks some ppl might have, would be a shared kitchen and the stairs to get to rooms, but even I have had double knee replacement and was able to do them pretty easily, just taking my time. And we didn't mind the shared kitchen, it was stocked with cereals, muffins and drinks etc. We would definitely stay again.."
