"First of all this is one of those rare times when the photos precisely match what we got! Exactly the view, exactly the room. Kudos!! Checking in was a bit arduous - the 24/7 desk has nothing to do with the property check in. You have to wait for staff to arrive. Even after arrival they arrive with more than a typical amount of paperwork, and then don't take you up right away. Overall checkin took over 30 minutes which is why this isn't a 5 star review. Other than this, very clean, well equipped. A bit too much threatening disclaimers regarding broken or missing items, warning not to stain bedsheets under threat of fine, etc. But the property smelled great, the air conditioner was both cold and smelled clean, kitchen appliances and dishes all on point. The location is very beautiful, but everything there shuts down at 10pm so anything in the evening you either get it from a 24 hour grocery shop or have to take taxi to BGC or Makati, both of which are an easy 10 mins away. Airport is surprisingly close and the way avoids much traffic. Overall id probably stay there again."

"We always enjoy staying at the Crowne Plaza Manila and have become repeat visitors because our children love how conveniently it’s connected to the mall. The location makes it easy for our family to shop, dine, and relax without having to travel far. Our room was clean and comfortable overall. We did notice a cockroach on the nightstand one evening, which was unfortunate, but aside from that, everything else went smoothly during our stay. One small suggestion would be regarding breakfast. We felt that the breakfast buffet at the Holiday Inn on the opposite side offered a better layout and seemed to have a wider selection of Filipino dishes. It would be great to see more local options at the Crowne Plaza as well. Overall, we had another pleasant stay and appreciate the friendly service and convenience the hotel offers. Thank you, and we look forward to returning again in the future."
