Regretfully, the property is run down, dusty and just not a five-star experience. Bathroom fixtures and faucets were rusted over and not clean. Floors and carpets were visibly dirty/dusty; common-area corridors were unkempt and cluttered. It is a small hotel with clean rooms, nice breakfast area, and good selection of breakfast foods, freshly prepared. "Very comfortable bed, clean room and renovated bathroom. Good breakfast with several choices from meat, eggs, cheese, pastries, cereals and yogurt.
The carpet in the halls could be replaced and the staff could be friendly and greet their guests as they come and go to make them feel more welcome. Otherwise nice stay."

"Fairly close to Fidenza Shopping Outlet and Parma. Old converted monastery...food had a modern take rather than classic Italian fare which is a personal choice. Parking easy. Beware some of the rooms are not easily accessible so may need to ask for accessible rooms.
