"The venue was okay, and the staff were great — friendly and tried their best to be accommodating. However, some policies were not clearly communicated at the time of booking, which caused unnecessary frustration at check-in. For instance, we were not informed about restrictions on bringing alcohol into the rooms or the number of guests allowed per room. Additionally, the listing on Expedia stated that breakfast was included, but upon arrival, we were told that no breakfast was provided. Better...
