"This was a last minute trip, the facility was pleasant enough. The hotel and restaurant staff were extremely nice, outgoing and helpful. Every interaction with them was top notch. The only down side was the bed in the room was awful. It is not firm and offered no support, so we didn't sleep very well either night. But we had a wonderful time exploring the town and played a few slot machines. We are not big gamblers, so can't offer any insite on the machines."

"First the water pressure at house is better, The tooth brush package is for a new born with one tooth, If you fat like me you can loose the soap up your ass. Its said how these hotels charge you a lot but you get nothing. Didnt get my wake up call for court, at 6am and 6:30am. Plus I lost 3,000 just like others on the same machine Ive been playing for years. nobody winning. Will never return to any of Windcreek properties or casinos. Take me off your mailing list."

"My room was clean. Some cleaning supplies was left in there on the counter but that was fine. However my room was extremely hot, I didn't get any sleep that night because of that. I turn the air down some more it still was hot. Other than that! It was fine."
