Excellent property with nice amenities and views. Somewhat isolated from downtown, but the Gatlinburg shuttle overcomes that. The only complaint is that on checkout, we were charged over $18 per day for parking. This additional charge should have been disclosed at booking and included in the total ...

Margaritaville Island Inn
Everything was fantastic from check in/out experience to the location. The only thing to note that was negative is we booked this room for the indoor pool only to find out at the property it was closed. It wasnt something that will keep us from booking again, just an inconvenience.
