"J’avais réservé cet hôtel principalement parce qu’il y avait une piscine. En plein été, avec les fortes chaleurs, c’était un critère essentiel pour moi. En arrivant, on nous annonce que la piscine est fermée, soi-disant parce que son entretien coûte trop cher. Dans ce cas, il ne faudrait pas l’afficher comme un service disponible lors de la réservation. C’est vraiment décevant et trompeur. "This was the best stay my family and I have ever experienced. The staff were accommodating, helpful, and extremely kind. They provided a list of restaurants nearby if we couldn’t eat at their restaurant, provided beverage and food service poolside, and clean towels for each of us. The room was fantastic, clean with lots of space and plenty of amenities. The cooked-to-order breakfast was incredible as well. We felt very well taken care of during our stay and would absolutely stay here again!...

"It’s a good option for staying in central Livorno. Well maintained and clean. Good aircon. No safe and not a great view from our room."

"We stayed one night during our trip. Check in was seamless and staff was helpful. The place is huge, facilities are ok but it was clean. You’re in the middle of nowhere so it’s easier to dine in, that being said, dinner is a set price without drinks, it was not the greatest even though they had a couple of options in the menu. It’s very convenient if you have to stay in the area, otherwise there are better options somewhere else. We skipped breakfast so not sure if it’s good or not."
