Casa Ginger is a single-story home.
It’s just a stone’s throw from the sea and very close to the Tonfano pedestrian zone, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and all the main amenities.
We’re in Marina di Pietrasanta, 5 km from Forte dei Marmi, about 70 km from the Cinque Terre, and very convenient for reaching countless other points of interest.
The house is ideal for families and pet-friendly (well-behaved pets😉) since it is completely fenced in.
Access to the house is via a convenient pedestrian gate and an electric gate for cars.

Outside:
you can enjoy a relaxing garden with a pergola for outdoor lunches and dinners, a barbecue, lounge chairs, and patio furniture—perfect for enjoying pleasant moments after returning from the beach or for an aperitif while waiting to head back to the beach to watch the sunset
