"A very nice hotel with all the basics. Comfortable beds and the bathrooms are updated and modern. Parking needs to be directlyin frontifthe hotel due to car thefts, but we did not feel unsafe even when returning from a wedding at 2am. Proximity to train station makes this hotel very convenient"

"The staff I presume a couple spoke no other language but Italian. When I arrived I was told I had no reservation and I had to get expedía involved even though I had already paid. I booked a superior quadruple room but was not allowed to have a 1 to stay overnight or even to visit , however, they allowed others to have visitors and I even a saw a group of their friends watch a rugby game. They wrongfully kicked me out of hotel in the early hours (4-5 am) of October 20th and wouldn’t let me...

"The front desk staff was friendly, the room and hotel were clean and in good repair and both were attractive. The only negative was that the woman running running the breakfast room was rude and had a bad cold, wiping her nose on her hand while and before handling dishes and the food."
