Bring your friends & family together at this one of kind waterfront mansion! This spectacular contemporary home sits in downtown historic Piermont. Just 18 miles from NYC, the open concept living space offers a quick getaway opportunity for anything and everything. With 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, this house can sleep as many people as you need. The sliding glass wall system allows for indoor-outdoor scene, while the large backyard sits on the Hudson and features a BBQ area, play space for kids, and a newly added hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

The primary bedroom is equipped with two queen beds and a one of a kind split bathroom, with a his and her shower, toilet and vanity. The primary bedroom opens to the large deck overlooking the Marina on the Hudson River.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms that can be customized to suit your needs. Each room can be set up with either single beds or king beds, whichever you prefer. Just let us know your preference and we'll make sure the rooms are prepared accordingly. The fourth room features 2 bunk beds. All bedrooms share a bathroom with a toilet, vanity, and shower/bath. Additionally, there's an outdoor patio with artificial turf, perfect for morning yoga, afternoons soaking up the sun, or finding a peaceful spot away from the rest of the group. Note that if you choose king beds for the three bedrooms, please be aware that the twin beds will be pushed together.

Please note that Piermont's fire horn is located 50 yards from the property. You should expect this horn may sound occasionally during your stay.

Excellent stay in Piermont

The property is located in an amazing location by the river and near a cute town center, and it is clean and well-maintained. The bedrooms have great views. Driveway parking is enough for 3 vehicles. The host is very responsive as well. I would book again!

Retirement Celebration

A perfect oasis close to anything you could possibly want. Perfect for my family to come together. The house itself is stunningly appointed. The view beautiful. Close to lovely town.

Great place with lots of rooms

The teenagers loved the bunk room to hang out, lots of room for 5 big teenagers. Everyone loved all the windows, views of the river and openness of the house. The location to local shops and restaurants was awesome to walk to. We had a great time and would love to stay there again.

Disappointing stay

6 guests and I stayed here from Fri, Oct 4-Mon, Oct 7, 2024. The positive qualities for this home are: a spacious dining table for a large group to gather, a sleek, open floor plan, a lovely view of the water, many bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, and linens/towels were provided. The negatives: There was no hot water for 2 out of our 3 day stay, resulting in cold showers and cold washing of hands and dishes. While forewarned about the loud Piermont fire horn, we did not expect to be jarringly awakened by it at 7:20am. The house needs maintenance and repairs: there were holes and divots in the walls and ceiling, broken electrical covers and peeling adhesive “tile” on the kitchen backsplash. The kitchen lacked basic items: there was a sparse amount of flatware, limited number of mugs, NO knives for food prep, no pot holders, insufficient pots, and no ice maker or ice in the freezer. The glass doors have no instructions as to how to unlock, open or lock them and need maintenance as they are very difficult to move. There is no coffee table in the only area with a couch for people to gather (only a tiny 12” round table). There was no information sheet/binder regarding basic house info (ie, locking doors, adjusting thermostats, wifi, departure procedure, etc). After much effort, I did receive a $600 refund for the disruption caused by the lack of hot water but that was little consolation for the inconvenience we experienced. Unfortunately, this home was a huge disappointment
