"Room was really tiny but nice. Elevators are fast. Staff was ok but not the best I've seen. The main lobby looks like a horror movie setting. Tons of street construction and they dont provide parking which runs around $60 a day. I dont think id choose this place unless its was a last resort. "

"The property was close to subways to take you anywhere in the city that was fast and affordable. The hotel is close to Central Park and time square. The hotel offers a discount from local places which was very nice. Heaven on 7th had great slices and offered discounts. The front desk staff was not as polite as cheaper places, but the rest of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, but our room had a terrible air conditioner and it was very hot during winter our entire stay. Request a refrigerator if you want to store food or keep cold drinks. They only provide to those who request one. "
