Nice farmhouse with a wonderful view on the Val D'Orcia landscape

Pros: Friendly and willing host, big internal and external spaces, cleaning, attention to details. Cons: Electrical lights and wifi were not so stable when heaters were on

Everything about our stay was perfect.

Pros: Our stay at il Casato was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Our apartment was great, the beds comfy and the view is the best anywhere. The walk up the traditional path up to Pienza was beautiful and it was nice to not have to take our car up into the town. Giosef, Michael and Mama Sabatini’s kindness and warm welcome made us feel like family. This is the best place you could possibly stay in Tuscany, and a wonderful home base for day trips. Cons: Everything was perfect.

Gorgeous place!

Wonderfully located very close to Pienza, which is a wonderful cobblestone town with wine tasting and food galore ! We loved the. Location and the host was wonderful with helping us to find reservations for local tours. We will come back!
