"We loved our staying at Altos del Nahuel. We enjoyed the cabaña barilochean style, the lake view, and being close to the city and main tours was a plus! This stuff should be checked before a guest arrives. But they fixed these issues when I asked. They got a plumber the next day to fix the shower. And they turned down the heat. There was also a raised platform that was a tripping hazard on the way from the bathroom to the bed. They should have had...

2- nao tem pesssoas para ajudar a carregar as malas e quando esta com crianças isto torna-se um grande desgate
3- todas as instalaçoes são muitas antigas sem a devida manutenção.
4- ficamos sem internet por 2 dias
5- varios pontos de ferrugem em todo o quarto e banheiro.
6- nao trocaram as toalhas durante 4 dias
7- nao fazem a limpeza do quarto aos domingo.
