"Nice place. My room was clean. The breakfast was good. I only stayed one night. I did have a problem with the door and I had to call the front desk 3 times before someone came to look at it. "

"AC was not working in our room. Had maintenance come while I was out. They said it was fine. Had them come again while I was in. He put his hand to vent and said “I can feel it blowing”. The fan was blowing air, just not cold air. The temp was set to 60 for 6 hrs at this point. It was 72 in the room. I requested a fan and stopped trying at that point. The front desk people were very friendly and breakfast was above great. Omelette bar is awesome. Place is cool, but maintenance is questionable. "

"This is urban, for sure - right next to a gas station and in a run down looking neighborhood. It’s not a hotel - it’s a motel. We were awakened at 3 AM by a huge domestic disturbance in the room next to us. Shouting, banging, violent sounds - the police came - twice. "

"Ordered balcony room, got first floor with no separation from the outside pool area walkway. Plus found clothes on the floor in the room from previous guest. Didn’t ask to switch rooms because was told the night I checked in the hotel was full. The phone also didn't work. "

"The staff was outstanding! Friendly, helpful and responsive - they were a pleasure. Water pressure was not existent. The sink in our room barely trickled out - making it useless. The shower was a heavy mist. The shower drain did not work - it took 1/2 a day to drain. But the bed was good and staff friendly."
