"Yosa will not respond to messages and will take questions that you may have while staying there as "complaining". Our stay was not a home away from home stay, there was no heat in the living room and kitchen area and bedroom in that section of the house. The bedrooms on the other end of the house gets hot while the other end is cold. Two days later after I kept mentioning the heat, she had someone bring over a brand-new space heater but did not work. She said she was going to replace it the next day but did not. I was going to ask the lady about other things, however, she could not speak English. The guest bathroom shower - the water does not get hot and the bottom of the shower tile are full of grime. Her dishwasher does not work. I asked her if her dishwasher works (listed on the property) and she would not respond. We had an incident with co-tenant two nights prior to check out and this incident was beyond a nightmare!! I did not feel safe in her place, so I left a day prior to my check out, had to pay for unexpected expenses (had gotten UBER an hour away and also had to pay for a hotel overnight for the last night). The next day while dealing with VRBO and speaking with Yosa, she completely will lie to you and she will tell VRBO that she will work with the host but when she talks to you, she will lie.
