"Stayed for a softball tournament, rooms were clean, staff was friendly. We had no issues."

"Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. My room had 2 beds. One had a live roach walking on it. I called the front desk and a man with an heavy Indian accent answered. First he had problem understanding what a cockroach was and when I asked for another room, he said that he would call me back. I am still waiting on that call. After a long drive I was loathe to leave and look for another room so I stayed and left in the wee hours of the morning. I hope that roach was the only other occupant in that room. Only time will tell. Also it’s very difficult to find the access road to that hotel. I missed it twice. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful, check in was smooth and quick, breakfast was outstanding - great selection, well stocked and replenished often, great fresh coffee bar in lobby, comfortable beds and nice sized rooms. Great hotel for traveling with family!"

"The young female front desk representative was not friendly at all. The pillows were old & flimsy. I really felt as if, we would have been better off had we stopped at Walmart to buy my own. The bed was really old & uncomfortable bed altogether. The were very stingy with clean towels. 2 towels max so no towel to step on after a shower, No hand towel for drying hands, no spillage of any kind. When I requested more towels, we had to return a towel to get a new towel. This was totally a bare minimum stay- you are only going to get the bare minimum of everything. Of course, needless to say the advertisement was a total catfish! 😒"

"Elevators were down, had to carry bags up 4 flights of stairs room should of been discontinued "
