10/10 Excellent

"My adult son and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location was perfect on Etna Ave which is the Main Street. The room was clean and we had a room facing the street. There were no noise issues since there was a steel door and a glass door. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. The staff communicated through WhatsApp which was easy. I highly recommend staying here."

"Parking was fantastic, especially our parking valet Joseph. I do not like the small spaces & he really helped me & I many others park our cars. The staff was lovely - everyone was very kind. However, I did not really enjoy the layout in regard to views. To enjoy the seaview from my room, I had to stand in the middle of my room - you can’t see it sitting. Even from the balcony, the plants & planter block the view. It was the same for the pool area. Only, 5 lounge chairs, next to the shower, have a view. You must stand to see anything pretty from the other pool lounge chairs. I do not understand why the view is not more accessible/enjoyable. It is a shame that the design hides the best part of the hotel."
