"My stay at the Splendid Hotel in Taormina was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to the town center and the cable car that takes you down to the sea. It’s the perfect base to explore everything Taormina has to offer. What truly stood out, though, was how warm and welcoming the atmosphere was from the moment I arrived. The hotel has a charming, relaxing vibe, and the staff made me feel completely at home. A special mention goes to Mohammed at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or just a friendly conversation, Mohammed was consistently attentive and thoughtful. His hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. "Reception staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful with great customer service skills. Hotel was very nice, clean and modern with a rooftop bar. Like many other hotels in Taormina the hotel is located on a hill. While I would certainly stay at the hotel again, parking unfortunately was a nightmare. There is a parkade adjacent to the hotel and unfortunately it was full. Had to shuttle to the hotel after I found a spot a significant distance away."
