Nice and quiet spot surrounded by beautiful gardens. Rooms were very clean with nice interior. Dined at the restaurant for dinner which was delicious and breakfast was generous. Pool was nice with a beautiful view of Mt Etna. Highly recommend if you want something a bit more intimate and away from the larger towns.

Wonderfully relaxing stay in Sicilian countryside

We had an amazingly relaxing stay. Staff was super attentive, hotel was nicely furnished, pool was clean, and grounds were manicured. Waiting to receive an itemized statement of charges, but I trust it will be emailed because the front desk was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We would return to Tale in a heartbeat.

Talé was a sanctuary for us!! Spectacular views and so peaceful! We absolutely loved our stay here, probably our most memorable stay during our 2.5 week vacation in Sicily. Super close to Mount Etna for excursions or hikes. Also close to the small town of Piedemonte Etneo which was so charming and we found some great local dining spots. I highly recommend this place and we didn’t even bother going to Catania because we couldn’t leave the poolside and the view! The breakfast was phenomenal as well! Don’t think twice just book it!! Enjoy!

Me, my husband and my teen stayed 2 nights here and we wish we could have stayed longer. Antonella and Laura were over the top gracious. Our suite, decorated in an organic, natural way with plenty of space and light, was zen-like. The patio outside our door leading to the open air restaurant was expansive with amazing views. The extensive breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We have heard so much about the food in Sicily, we felt beholden to try many places but in retrospect, we should have just eaten there every night. The one dinner we had included veal scallopine, steak (ribeye?) and seafood pasta. All were fantastic. It wasn’t til we left that we realized they earned a Michelin star in 2019. Not surprised. One thing worth mentioning is the property is built into the side of a mountain which makes it beautiful, but also a bit of a workout getting around.

talé was a mediterranean countryside retreat! staff made us feel like family - especially beatrice & alina. grounds were clean and quiet. parking was free and easy to access. only a 30 minute easy drive into taormina. would absolutely stay here again. thanks talé team for making us feel so special!

Beautiful setting and nice rooms

Our overall stay was good. Staff is very nice and helpful, so I thank them. The food and breakfast are very good too. The downside of the place is the paper-thin walls between the rooms. We could hear everything from our next door room, it was as if they were in our room. One other thing I would like to point out to the management, is that, while you have guests trying to relax by the pool, one doesn't send the gardener to power-wash the pool area while you have guests sunbathing by the pool or using the leaf blower, with its very loud noise while one is trying to rest and relax. It is a big NO NO. And this is directed at the management and definitely not the staff, who were very nice. Thank you.

Amazing stay

We had an great stay at the hotel. The hotel is 15min drive from the beach. We had lovely views over the sea for breakfast and dinner. The pool is in a lovely setting and the Hotel itself is modern and stylish. The hotel has ample parking with lots of space. The only downside is the walk uphill to the main hotel. We had a toddler and it’s a steep 80m walk to get to breakfast and pool etc. My advice would be to stay in the main building if possible.

Un ottimo intervento di recupero

Bellissima posizione con panorama sul mare. Struttura di impronta contemporanea recentemente realizzata recuperando una costruzione storica (che però non è quasi più leggibile) intorno alla quale sono state eseguite delle sistemazioni esterne che formano terrazzamenti sui quali si affacciano il ristorante e la piscina (che però, a causa di un rivestimento in micro tessere di mosaico vetroso, non di presenta proprio pulitissima). Da rivedere il letto, molto scomodo, e con cuscini che sembrano imbottiti con la segatura. Un discorso a parte per il ristorante che si propone con un menu anche interessante ma che poi si concretizza con un inutile tentativo di trasformare l'ottima cucina siciliana in una sorta di "nouvelle cousine" della quale, peraltro, non sì sente il bisogno e che lascia ai clienti il ricordo di un conto fuori misure e delle ridicole micro-porzioni che vengono servite. Nel complesso una struttura di buon livello in un contesto paesaggisticamente molto bello.

This was a spectacular location, and the food was divine. The only down side was that our bathroom had a sheer curtain and didn't feel very private, but I'm sure this could have been amended.
