"Checked in and left after 10 minutes. Bathroom door brown, toilet did not work and room smelled. Went to front desk to cancel and was told I could but needed to wait until manager was back in the morning. As of now, have not received refund."

"The room had a very musty smell. The carpet was not vacuumed. The mirror looked like it hadn’t been wiped in a month. The shower drain was crusty and rusty. I was traveling alone (female) with 2 small kids and there was a guy standing there checking in asking about a local bar in the area and the check-in lady announced the room I was staying in out loud. Not safe at all. I got to the room and it was a joining room on both sides that I truly was uncomfortable with. I will not be staying here again "

"The beds were clean and comfy. The bathroom however was extremely dated and it had a horrible odor. The floor area by the sink was dirty. Our feet were brown after walking on it. This place needs to be seriously updated."
