"Great hotel, easy to walk to Pisa centre. Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!! Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service. As we were leaving early a takeaway breakfast was supplied , which was great."

"It was like a little chalet that you would have back in UK. Had everything in it you could need. I would say the rooms were fairly new. It was about a 15 minute walk to the train station where you could get the trains to various places. Also about a 20 minute walk to the Leaning tower of Pisa. Nice pool and bar area for relaxing. Had a meal in the camping restaurant, was very nice. The on site shop was expensive. Better to walk 15 minutes to the big suoermarket, more choice and better prices."
