"For a short stay, a nice property. There’s a main reception hall where the restaurant is, and you check in there. The actual rooms are at a separate building, a large renovated farm house, about 5 mins drive from the reception hall. There are three levels of rooms, with a main entrance room for lounging or eating (water is available for purchase, plates and silverware and microwave are free). "

"Beautiful old home converted into a Boutique Hotel. Lovely grounds. We stayed in a room in the back of the property, maybe an old converted garage or shed. It had a lovely patio with comfy furniture. The room was comfortable and clean. It is a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Del Duomo where the Leaning Tower is located. Excellent service. "

"Very dated wobbly bed but was comfortable ,repair marks in room with pipes and wires showing didn’t realise the bathroom wouldn’t be in our room and had to walk along the hallway to use😱
Best thing about it was the cup of tea in the morning and a couple minutes walk to leaning tower "

"We left after the first night due to very poor conditions of the room. It was dirty and it looked like the roof in the bedroom and bathroom was full of mold. The bathroom had a bad smell. We didn’t feel comfortable there and because of that it was hard to sleep. I woke up with a rash on my ankle that I’ve never had before. The backyard was nice with a shared balcony but the chairs was also in bad condition/ broken. As we were leaving the apartment the alarm for gas leak went on. Didn’t get any...

"We stayed at Pallazzo Feroci in Pisa for a weekend during our honeymoon and overall we had a very nice time. Our room, Fagiolla 2, was comfortable and charming. The location is great and made our stay even better. Everywhere we wanted to go seemed to be about a 7-minute walk, so we walked everywhere during our trip, which was very convenient. The building also has an elevator, which was very helpful with luggage.
We really liked the welcome touches in the room: a bottle of wine and a coffee machine with capsules. Breakfast was served in a nearby café and it was very tasty. Another big advantage is that the entrance to the building and rooms works with a code, which made everything easy and comfortable.
The bed was very comfortable, which we appreciated after walking around the city all day. However, the fitted terry cloth sheet on the mattress had some stains. For the price we paid, I would expect everything to be completely clean. I pay a lot of attention to cleanliness and I always think about how I would prepare a room for guests, so I ended up removing the bedding myself when we checked out.
The room felt clean overall, although there were a lot of books used as decoration, which made it feel a bit crowded rather than luxurious. I also missed having drinking water in the room. Another"
"Location is amazing with a view of Pisa tower from the window. Room was clean and well maintained with a good shower. Check in staff were helpful and let us leave luggage before check in and booked a taxi for us when asked. Even being so close to a busy area, you couldn’t hear any noise from outside with the window shut. The view from the window was just amazing. "
"Closest hotel to the cathedral and tower, 30 second walk from door to entering the grounds. On arrival we were given a useful map and a good idea of where to go and to eat. On the main bus route from the train station."
"We loved the location of the hotel and the breakfast options. Gluten free options were available every day on request. Would’ve liked a kettle in the room as I do love a coffee when I first wake up.
There are many restaurants and a supermarket so close to the hotel that we were never short of options. We couldn’t figure out the air conditioning so slept with the window open the first night - we were eaten alive by sand flies/mosquitos so it remained shut for the rest of our stay.
The first 2 nights were incredibly noisy due to other guests shouting and screaming. However the following 2 nights were quiet and calm. The staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived earlier than check-in but were able to leave our luggage there so we could mooch around Pisa.
Amazing view from the rooftop bar. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Pisa. "
