"I have been traveling in Tuscany and Umbria for the last 2 weeks. Of all the places I went this hotel alone made a difference in my travel. Wonderful owner, service staff and chef they are the EPITOME OF HOSPITALITY. It made me realize the next time, I am planning an Italian vacation it will be in Umbria. Once again, I want to thank Palazzo Seneca for making our vacation memorable."

"Such a beautiful property, well maintained with spacious rooms and amazing views. The property is relatively small but is a great find. This is our second visit and we did feel the food was not as good as last time we were here. It is of good quality but we felt it was overpriced and had become too complex, we feel the removal of the buffet breakfast will lead to more waste and was not to our taste."

"We had a great stay! We were so impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff- we struggled to find parking, Luis personally found us and helped us park and carry our bags- he was exceptional! The hotel was clean and beautiful with easy access to the local squares. "

"My wife and I enjoyed a 2 night stay. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff made our stay especially memorable. The spacious double room was exceptionally clean, with modern decor. There is a wide choice of items in the continental breakfast and two restaurants, one offering a fixed price menu and a smaller, popular with families and groups, and another more intimate restaurant offering an al a carte menu."

"Clean and modern room, great staff, might be a challenge to get there by car (ZTL). Parking available near but when we were there one of the city elevator did not work so we had to carry our bags up a very steep hill. "
