Spacious and clean rooms with the best staff. However, there are lots of inconveniences: in accessible by car, breakfast located few minutes away from hotel and broken hot water line when we were there.

It was in the heart of the old quarter so location was excellent. So many restaurants just outside the front door...highly recommend Met Restaurant. I didn't expect such an amazing experience....welcome drink and cold cloth on arrival. Not to mention a sweet treat in our room and a fruit basket! Also got a small parting gift when checking out...whaaat! So wish I could have stayed longer as I didn't get time to use the pool. The bar was great. Such an amazing view and the next hotel had a live band on the rooftop we got to enjoy . I would definitely return.

The staff had been very polite and attentive. Even my friend was shocked to receive a birthday note. Amenities could be a bit dated but for this price range and location, it's still worth it. Keep up the positive work and step up the maintenance accordingly! Thank you for the warm service.

The hotel itself is beautiful — stylish, comfortable and in a fantastic location for exploring Hanoi. Everything was just perfect, and the attention to detail really stood out.
