"The resort is located in a nice and quiet part of the town with a nice stretch of beach. We got a free upgrade to a very nice room. We had a great dinner at the restaurant. Very friendly staff all around providing excellent service whenever needed. The breakfast has a great selection of Khmer as well as western food. The beach is combed to remove washed up rubbish. The property is slightly dated but I highly recommend this place."

"Koh Rong is quiet but the Hill Beach Resort is located near the more popular area of Long Set beach. Probably nicer places along the other beach but your stuck far away from shops and restaurants. The resort and staff were lovely and I think its the pick on the island. They have their own jetty which the main ferry line drop you off at."

"This was an incredible hotel and it was luxury staying in one of the luxury tents. The tents had everything you needed and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I couldn't speak more highly of the staff, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. The beach was beautiful and I'd highly recommend getting a scooter and visiting the other beaches - especially Sok San! 10/10 stay. "

Even though I paid through Expedia, I was required to pay, in American cash, a deposit of $50.00. I got it back when I checked out. The hotel is steps from a long, fantastic beach on the Gulf of Thailand and my room over looked it."

"My room was great with a balcony with view, well working internwt and amenities- my friend however had a cockroach infestation in his room so he had to switch to anotger building, which also had a small infeststion of roaches in the bathroom. His room alsl lost power during the night."

"AC was broken in all four rooms they put me in. Tried to say the C (Celsius) stood for cooling! GET OUT OF HERE. Finally sent a maintenance man for him to say it was broken THEN they believed me. And what’s up with no Cambodians allowed in the casino? …. In Cambodia. Only lightened up after my friend spoke a little Chinese. Beautiful facility but not worth it "
