The hotel is lovely and Pagoda Beach is amazing. The only reason I havent given a five star is the pool was closed due to an issue with the water which was disappointing for my kids. Great food and staff were really nice and helpful.

Amazing 10/10 resort

My boyfriend and I booked this resort for 4 nights but had to cut it shorter due to family emergency. The resort staff was very accommodating and very helpful, did not hesitate to book our return and make things easier for us. The room was very clean and tidy, modern bathroom and the AC was pumping at max. We could not have asked for a better resort staff, so friendly and caring people. We will 100% return to this resort in the future.

Fabulous Resort

Fabulous resort on one of the most beautiful beaches ever. The beach is very well maintained, the water is crystal clear, not choppy, not rocky. We could walk out into the water for quite a stretch before having to swim. The little bungalows are cute and decorated in a lowkey style. Showers were hot, AC worked well, wifi was good. Beds weren’t the most comfy but nothing to complain about. Restaurant has good food but the service needs vast improvement. If the restaurant was even remotely busy, you will be waiting a long time to get food and drinks. The staff are kind and trying their best, but it is obvious they have not been trained properly. Forgotten orders and drinks were a common occurrence, unfortunately. This was the only downside of the resort. Breakfast buffet was good and varied.

We were very disappointed on arrival - a very loud construction site far from the tropical paradise we were expecting. The staff were very kind offering us a free dinner and a room upgrade on the 2nd night. Thank god - the shiwer did’nt drain and there was a lake in front if the toilet. Food is wondreful as well as the beach. Please check with the hotel before booking to see if they have finished construction.

We were not informed that the resort was under construction, which was disappointing after traveling all the way from Canada. While the room was clean, we had to request housekeeping each time instead of it being done automatically. The check-in area, located in one of the bungalows, also did not feel very welcoming upon arrival. The highlight of our stay was our experience at the One Beach Resort. The customer service there was excellent, and we were able to enjoy all of our excursions through them. We also chose to dine there, as the restaurant at our original resort was closed due to construction. Unfortunately, we noticed some unprofessional behavior from a few members of the construction crew, who were making comments about guests in another language, unaware that I could understand them.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit schönen Bungalows an einem Traumstrand mit Palmen. Wir waren total überwältigt! Weißer Sand und türkises, kristallklares Wasser waren dort vorzufinden. Die Liegen am Strand waren bequem, mit dicken Auflagen versehen und weit auseinander. Unser Beachfront Bungalow war sehr geräumig, mediteran eingerichtet,das Bad modern. Der verglaste Pool mit Liegen darin hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, gerne haben wir darin einen Cocktail getrunken und der Blick zum Strand war einfach unschlagbar. Das Essen und Cocktails waren lecker, Speise- und Getränkekarte bot große Auswahl. Der Service war hervorragend und hilfsbereit. Lediglich beim Essen musste man manchmal etwas länger warten, dafür war alles frisch zubereitet und sehr gut. Wir haben jeden Tag absolut in dieser schönen Unterkunft genossen! Es waren wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten, die aber nicht wirklich gestört haben,es gab keinen Kleiderschrank oder Regal. Wir haben deshalb das 2. Schlafzimmer als Ankleidezimmer benutzt. Klobrille wackelte und die Klimanlage funktionierte zwar einwandfrei, war uns aber nachts zu laut, so dass wir sie da ausschalteten. Und ein Frühstück, das sehr gut war gab es immer nur Erdbeermarmelade. Aber angesichts der Tatsache in welchem Land man sich befindet ist das Hotel verglichen mit dem Lebensstandard dort absoluter Luxus. Man weiss, dass man sich auf einer Insel befindet, auf die alles hin transportiert werden muss. Dafür findet man dort Ruhe und absolute Traumstrände vor.
