Great apartment residences

This new property opened in 2018 and comprises a relatively small number of spacious apartments. Don't expect hotel service with 24hr front desk, concierge, doormen, buffet breakfast and that sort of thing. There is housekeeping for the apartments but little else, and that was fine by me. The apartments are already showing some minor cosmetic wear, but are otherwise as pictured, which is great compared to your typical shoebox hotel room. Pricing is excellent during 'low season'. Thoroughly recommended for those that want space and don't need hotel services.

Near to the main street and only 5 mins to Jungceylon, Bangla Road and the beach. The owners were very nice and helpful and even drove is to the airport so that we could get to Bangkok.

Kleine Schönheitsfehler

Zu bemängeln ist, dass man beim Duschen das Mischwasser entweder nur viel zu kalt, oder viel zu heiss hat. Eine vernünftige Temperatur lässt sich kaum einstellen. Dazu klingt der Ablufventilator im Bad, wie ein uralter Steinbrecher, sehr nervig. Nicht passend zum Apartment ist, dass man mit einem uralten Schlüssel das Zimmer abschliessen muss, der Haupteingang dann aber via Magnetkarte entsperrt wird. Ansonsten ist alles fast perfekt.

Très belle appartement, de l'espace, de la propreté, du confort et un bel accueil. Les seuls inconvénients sont qu'il n'y a pas de piscine et de salle de gym. Et peut-être pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner, il n'y a pas de plaques.

Best Apartment in Patong Area

The apartment is new and well furnished. The staff is excellent and super nice that they help you with anything you need and always with nice smiles. The cleaning services amazes me a lot that it looks perfect every time when we get into the room again (the best among all hotels I have stayed)!!! We love the room including a smart tv that you can enjoy netflix. The area is busy, but luckily the apartment building situates at inner street which is more quiet. Not far from the apartment there is a little shop (they sell the suits and there is a lady sitting at front desk) that you can book activities with super cheap price. And the lady is so responsive that she picks up calls regardless of whenever you call her. I am not a fan for busy area like Patong, but this apartment definitely makes my stay become enjoyable!

The property was walking distance to alot of the attractions in patong. The property was clean and provided all the necessary amenities. I would highly recommend this for travelers looking for a quiet and peaceful stay in Phuket.

The Best in 2 months on the road

I am a professional aviator. This place was exceptional, from start to finish, everything with a smile. The apartment I had was exactly as specified and pictured. Comfy Bed and more importantly the pillows were great, soft in my case. (subjective of course). Shower is good with plenty of hot water. I have been travelling for the last 2 months and by far the best place I have stayed in. IMO Equivalent to a 4* Crowne Plaza, without the hotel services of course. I would have liked an Iron and Board. TRhank you all at the suites, I will be back if I can get a room!
