Cute, comfortable and affordable hotel in a busy part of Kata/Karon beach moved here after the hostel we booked was filthy with a concrete slab for a bed. Close to shopping restraunts and bars short walk to the beach excellent staff and clean rooms!

The front desk are very welcoming and friendly. As a party of 8 with 2 elderly people in our group, they made everything very easy for us. Pu and Aor took great care of us as soon as we walked through the door and through out our stay. I would love to come back again and stay here. It is a great location. Kata market is right in front of the hotel with lots of good choices. Great place to stay, very clean, spacious rooms and nice roof top pool.

I’ve stayed with this hotel multiple times whenever I visit phuket. Convenient location as there is a food market just beside the hotel. At night, the back alley will have night market with more dining options. Short walk to kata beach.

Great location. Staff were very chill. Only problem was my original room wasn’t available so got an apparent upgrade, which didn’t really feel any different lol. My door didn’t fully shut but has a lock so I felt safe enough. The pools more like a large hot tub, which I like cause it relaxes the mind. For the price I’d say it’s worth it, I’m not fussy so I didn’t really have any issues that I massively cared about. It’s also 500 baht deposit for the key

OK property for the price we stayed. Our room faced the main road so the noise of music from tuk tuks at 3/4am we got used to. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that let the our stay down was the rooftop swimming pool was out of order and still advertised as having a swimming pool which was open to use. We were offered use of the swimming pool of another hotel which was a 10 minute walk.

We asked for a family room but actually had two big spacious adjoining rooms. A great surprise. And very close to a vibrant night market for eating. Staff were very friendly and helpful with our transfers.

Upon arrival the price was not as stated on your site. A premium for Christmas had been factored into the total amount due. I refused to pay the premium. I agreed to stay at the stated rate for the first two weeks, then found other accommodations. They should not be billed commission for the last two weeks.

Great location! Right in the heart of night market that closes daily around 11pm so no street noise that disrupts sleep! Very clean, no bugs, very affordable. Close to shops, massage parlors, currency exchange and restaurants. I stayed there twice and would stay again! Thank you!

Хорошее расположение отеля, в центре, возле огромного рынка, где можно вкусно покушать месную кухню. Номера чистые и уютные, брали дважды, певрый раз с видом на дорогу, поэтому конечно было шумновато, второй раз с видом на рынок, делюкс, он был прям супер. Персонал приветливый, оставляли им вещи на сутки, так как были на экскурсии с ночевкой, помогли без проблем.

Nicht Buchen!!!!!!!!

Leider entsprach das Hotel nicht im Geringsten den Erwartungen, die ich auf Ihrer Website bei der Buchung hatte. Statt der angegebenen Unterkunft wurde mir ein Zimmer angeboten, das sich mehrere hundert Meter entfernt auf der Hauptstraße von Kata befand, über einem zwielichtigen Massage-Salon. Das Zimmer war nicht nur entgegen der Beschreibung sehr laut aufgrund seiner Lage an der Hauptstraße, sondern es war auch in einem bedauernswerten Zustand. Das Bad war von Schimmel befallen, und die allgemeine Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Darüber hinaus stellte sich heraus, dass das beworbene Pool nicht vorhanden war, was ein weiterer enttäuschender Aspekt unseres Aufenthalts war. Trotz unserer Bemühungen, eine Lösung zu finden, wurden wir aufgrund von sprachlichen Barrieren abgelehnt, als wir um ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude baten. Es ist äußerst frustrierend, dass die gebuchte Unterkunft so stark von der Realität abwich und nicht den Standards entsprach, die auf Ihrer Plattform dargestellt wurden.

Ficamos num quarto que não ficava no hotel! Ficava num anexo que não tem elevador ou recepção, ou seja, tivemos que subir vários lances de escadas com as malas e qualquer pessoa passando na rua dava de cara com as escadas pro nosso quarto. Péssimo.
