There was nothing unique about the place. Buffet was below average. Most of staff spoke Myanmar and very little English. Made for long check in. Staff didn’t know what the other staff was talking about. Catered to a certain clientele and we were sort of pushed aside. I would not recommend it to family or friends. 👎👎👎

Hidden deposit requirement of $100 not mentioned upon booking. Guy at the reception was unpleasant to deal with. Incredibly slow check in process - everyday there were people sat in the lobby for several hours as they waited to be checked in (expect 4pm earliest). Cleaning service everyday was not completed before 4pm. Checkout requires you to wait for them to check your room before deposit return. Overpriced bar. No nightlights in room. Window in room did not lock. Gym benches are broken so can’t use it safely. Pool is a bit grimy. 1000thb fine if you dare drink an outside drink at the pool lol. Unpleasant vibe created by all of the above when you’re meant to be relaxing. Wouldn’t stay again there are better places to spend your money.

Overall this property was nice, room was a good size, nice pool, free breakfast was great. However, the check in and check out process was very annoying. I booked through Expedia and requested 2 twin beds but received a room with one double bed. I let the employees know this was not what I booked, but they did nothing to fix it. They seemed very very unorganized as I had booked this through Expedia, did not have records of it so they had to print out the receipt from my phone after taking a photo of it. Had me down as Mr. when I never indicated I was a male. Would not give us water when we asked. The pool was very nice. The check out process also took way too long. Please note this in case you are in a rush to get to the airport as it is an hour drive or longer. I tried to contact the property before I arrived about their shuttle service but they never replied. So, if you book through Expedia and try to message them there they won’t reply. My main issue was that I did not get the room that I had booked, and they did nothing to rectify their error. Otherwise, the location was good and close to a lot of stores and markets nearby and beaches.

The hotel is OK, but the original building needs some updating. I am sure I was in the smallest room in the place, the large window faced a wall about 10' away, the other two windows looked a roof, alley and satellite dish. Although I paid up front with a CC, they still wanted a $100USD deposit, this is very old school when you have a CC on file. All that was handled manually, and took forever to get it back on check out.. Had a leaking window during a rain storm and the first morning, there was no hot water. Because the main pool was closed for maintenance repairs, they offered a mediocre lunch buffet for free. Had to use the secondary pool, but unless you had a poolside room, there was no ladder or steps to get in and out of the pool. Hazardous for kids, seniors or anyone with a knee or hip injury. All in all, a pretty mediocre place! The staff were pleasant, especailly the housekeepers.

子どもと2泊しました。3階まで階段はきつかった。 部屋は小さいけど清潔。 スタッフの対応はあまり良くない。 ご飯やプールの説明もなし。予約番号を見せてと言ってきて、チェックインに時間がかかりました。 間違えて大人2人で予約してしまい変更のメールをしましたが、返信なし。チェックイン時に言いましたが、無視。 コロナのテストを空港でするようにと言うメールが何度もきて焦りました2024年7月現在やっていないので、送るの辞めてください。 プールに飲食持ち込み禁止。水くらいよくないかと思う。 朝食はとてもおいしかったです。 ビーチまでは10分位で歩いて行けます。 空港からのエアポートバスのカタナイトプラザと言う停留所も7分位で行ける位置でした。 ナイトプラザには、屋台がたくさんあって二晩とも、そこで夕食をしました。 3000バーツのデポジットはちょっと高すぎかなぁと思いました。帰りに空港で換金しました。 プールは1.7mくらいの深さでちょっと深かった。 最後はスタッフも笑顔で対応してくれて、まあよかったかなと言う感じです。

För det första var våra rum dubbelbokade så vi skulle få ett annat i 2 nätter. Blev hänvisade ett ca 500 bort vilket visade sig när vi kom dit var ett skyffe. 3 tr upp utan hiss?? Frukosten var inte internationell. Baren vid poolen inte öppen. Lunch- o restaurang existerade inte. Dåligt med barnpooler. Inget hotell jag skulle rekommendera.

La posizione è ottima, la sera si è circondati da ristoranti e mercati, si può uscire tranquillamente a piedi. L hotel è ottimo pulito e personale gentile. Una bella piscina anche se abbiamo sempre preferito il mare. Un aperitivo in piscina accompagnato da buona musica non si può perdere. Abbiamo avuto un problema all’arrivo perché io non avevo specificato che mia mamma camminava poco e le scale sarebbero state troppo pesanti, preferivo quindi avere due camere piano terra e vicine per fortuna dopo un po’ ci hanno trovato una posizione comoda è perfetta per noi.

Entspricht immer noch nicht der Abbildung Zimmer sollten renoviert worden seien war aber nicht wirklich Geländer am Pool ist nach zwei Jahren immer noch lose Maler arbeiten am Pool nix abgedeckt und die Farbe tropfte in Pool so das es sich am Rand absetzte Frühstück ist auch Schleier geworden jeden Tag das gleiche Immer Käse und Fleischwurst ( jeden Tag) Nicht mal Pfannkuchen ( einmal auf Nachfrage bekommen ) Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit

Ett annex till huvudbyggnaden. Ligger på baksidan av det större hotellkomplexet. Pool, restaurang och reception finns i huvuddelen. Poolen ren och fräsch. Gott om solsängar. Badhanddukar finns att låna. Ca 10 min promenad till stranden. Dåligt dock att hotellet tar ut en deposition på 3000 (!) Baht vid incheckning.

11月2日から4日間お世話になりました。私たち以外に日本人は見当たらず、欧米の家族連れが多かったです。 元ホテルマンとしてつい厳し目に見てしまう私ですが、こちらのホテルの従業員の方々の接客スキルやホスピタリティは、これまで利用してきたどのホテル、旅館と比べてもトップクラスでした。 部屋もとても清潔&静かで、快適に過ごせました。シャワーの水圧が少し低いのはご愛嬌。 朝食はブュッフェスタイルで、どれも満足できるレベル。タイ料理もあり、特に麺が美味しくて何度もお代わりしてしまいました。 ホテル周辺はこじんまりとした街になっていて、徒歩5分圏内にビーチ、小規模なマーケット、レストランがあります。ホテルの目の前にはファミマもありました。 今回、初めての家族旅行でお世話になりましたが、何年か先に、またプーケットに行くことがあれば、ぜひまた利用したいホテルです。

Great for family holiday

We booked 2-bedroom family room in apartment type house and it was spacious for our family of 5. It consists of 2 single beds and king size bed in another room. The room is clean, aircon is strong, water pressure is ok. Room has some wear-and-tear but very minimum. It has balcony to each bedroom where you can smoke or hang your wet swimsuits. The main swimming pool is accross the road from our place and the lighting at night in swimming pool area was pretty. It's location is at the quieter side of Kata which we liked because we have small kids. To go to Kata beach, we had to walk around 20min through a short-cut beside canal. It's a bit stinky but bearable. Kata beach is nice and has fine powdery sand. The water looks not so clear because the sand is not so white. Have plenty of restaurant and shops around the beach area. We also went to Kata Noi by foot (up and down the hill with a toddler!), and the walk was worth it. Kata Noi's water is clearer and the sand is whiter but a bit rough, beach is less crowded and relaxing. The waves in Kata Noi is big and strong, so not recommended for small children. But the adults can have fun with the big waves as it is very exciting to ride a big wave while floating! Over all, we enjoyed our stay in the Beach Boutique House because of the budget friendly price and the location!

今次我同一行8人出發，因為我早走，所以我book了這間酒店住6日，這間酒店是我第一次入住，地下泳池景客房都應該反新了，感覺唔錯，早餐都好，每天都一點點不同，我房對出的泳池都好像沒人清洗，要走路出新的泳池游泳（新泳池好正）,旁邊食肆很多，有24小時便利商店，星期一同四，還有夜市行（不過夜市5月1日要搬上的點的新地址），位置好好。

Das Hotel war sehr gut, frühstük war reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und motiviert. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die gesamte Anlage wurde gepflegt. Sehr schöner Hauptpool und mehrer kleinere Pools. Für Familienurlaub sehr geeignet.

Hotellet sådär. Kata är så överexploaterat, fy.

Frukosten var mycket bra. Rummet sådär. Har bott här 3 ggr tidigare, senast för 6 år sedan. Då var hotellet ok. Kata var helt ok. Nu var Kata mer katastrof än trevligt, alldeles för mycket av allt, fy, vill inte tillbaka hit.
