Da meine Buchung trotz Bestätigung nicht möglich war, war es der Rezeption egal wo ich bleiben soll. Ich musste mich delber um eine neue Unterkunft für 4 Wochen finden. Alle Hotels waren ausgebucht.

Also die Unterkunft ist für ein zwei Tage völlig ausreichend!! Zimmer war sauber und sehr einfach eingerichtet! Aber mal ehrlich für 23 Euro pro Nacht, sollte man eigentlich auch nicht Highclass Erwarten!! Wünsche und Anliegen wurden sofort erfüllt ! Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und auch noch bei Planung der Weiterreise behilflich!!

Terrible hotel. In my opinion keep looking. I arrived at 10pm for a 3 night stay. When I arrived the “24 hour front desk” was a guy who spoke barely a word of English, didn’t have my booking & couldn’t fix the problem. I was given a room & shown to a very basic, bare bones room. The aircon didn’t work effectively, there seemed to be toilet water leaking on the bathroom floor & the bathroom tap was very loose to the point I thought it was broken. I also tried to use a power point that gave off a spark. The room was very outdated & old & in much need of some basic updates. The photos for the hotel have definitely had some touch-ups done. I advised the desk of the aircon problem & despite several attempts they were unable to fix it so said I could change rooms but when I went to get my things from the first room there was no electricity so their solution was to send a weird guy who spoke no English with a flashlight to shine in the room so I can collect my things! I was given one bottle of water, one small shampoo & one tiny soap for my whole 3 night stay & had to spend almost 1 hour & speaking to several people in order to sort out my booking issue. Room also quite unsafe, balcony doors don’t lock & only one push-button lock on room door with key entry, no electronic card. Very poor service all round & very poor room quality. I’m sure there are many better hotels in the area at a similar price point. Keep looking.

On ne m'attendais pas, chambre sale, télé des années 90 en panne, draps déchirées, serviettes de bain sales pommeau de douche bouchée obligé de nettoyer soi-même et déboucher l'évacuation d'eau de la douche rempli de cheveux et autres aucun article de toilette et aucune bouteille d'eau à force de me plaindre les 3 derniers jours sur 9 jours ma chambre a été nettoyé en grande partie, coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas, la clim sentait mauvais et le dessus des placards était rempli de poussière et les portes ne ferme pas. Le dernier jour j'ai tiré mon lit ce que j'ai trouvé en dessous laisser à désirer il n'a dû être nettoyé depuis longtemps l, a seule chose positive à retenir c'est que c'est établissement se trouver à proximité de la sublime plage de Suresnes et que le wifi fonctionnait très bien

Undvik detta hotell.

Efter en ganska kaotisk incheckning blev jag tilldelad ett väl inrökt rum på 4.e våningen. Hiss fanns, men fungerade inte under hela vistelsen. Reparerade lakan som inte byttes. Handdukarna var fläckiga och slitna. Trafiken utanför hotellet är direkt livsfarlig.

Bokade och betalade via hotels.com. När vi om dit fanns ingen bokning hos dom. Betalade för ett dubbelrum men fick dela på ett enkelrum. Blev lovad frukost som kompensation, men dagen efter var frukosten stängd och de hänvisade till restaurangen intill. Mycket dålig service vill aldrig bo där igen.

Hotellet er placeret ved en tæt trafikeret vej, men også tæt på stranden (som i øvrigt er meget flot). Vores værelse var som sådan fint: rummeligt og med altan, men det var også meget slidt og en smule beskidt. Desuden var håndvasken i stykker. Personalet taler ikke særlig godt engelsk. Dog okay til prisen.

Trafiken utanför hotellet var livsfarlig .Det är med livet som insats varje gång man ska gå över vägen och tyvärr är man tvungen till det för att komma till sjön. Rekomenderar inte att bo där med barn.

EINFACHER ABER SCHÖNER AUFENTHALT

Der Surin Beach ist einer der schönsten Strände. Leider ist abends im Ort gar nichts los und es gibt auch nicht unbedingt viel zu entdecken. Schockiert war ich, dass nur russische Familien und Paare in dem Gebiet sind. Im Hotel sind viele Stammgäste. Es ist eine lockere Atmosphäre, man kann sich jederzeit Mineralwasser und Kaffee nehmen. Zum Strand läuft man etwa 10-15 min. Genau gegenüber gibt es ein asiatisches Restaurant mit dem besten Preisleistungsverhältnis in Surin.

Buona la posizione dell’hotel a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, molti i ristorantini validi nella zona. Molto disponibile il proprietario per quanto non parli un inglese eccellente.le camere sono ampie ottimo il servizio wi-fi gratuito

1. Very good position: Surin beach, cvs, restaurants, pharmacy are very close. 2. Not good way to go to downtown: definitely here is not downtown. you need to get a texi to go there. However the problem is it’s very hard to get it and the take lots of money. 3. Sadly only one person at the front desk can speak in English. As you can guess, if you need some help from the dest at night, it’s not possible. 4. No restuarent in this accommodation. At least you can get some food from restaurants next to here. 5. No offer any soap, hair dryier. you need to prepare for it. 6. Not strong water, weak wifi, and the wall doesn’t block noise... 7. A bit dangerous using electricity. Whenever I tried to use it, I always see little spark from there. Quite scared... 8. you can see some stains on the bed and pillow even though it’s clean.

Close to Surin beach

Close to Surin beach, plenty of restaurants and massage places nearby. Location is on the main road Hotel is basic. I mean really basic. it's one of the cheap hotels in the area so you get what you pay for. It's clean and the owners are really sweet. Free wifi but sometimes it doesn't work in the room good connection in the lobby. There's not much to do in the area, so it's perfect if you are looking to just relax. It cost 500 baht to get a taxi to Patong about 30 min drive where nightlife is crazy. I booked this hotel for ten nights but four nights we stayed in two different hotels. Two nights in Aquamarine resort and villas near Kamala beach and the other 2 nights in Centara blue marine near Patong both excellent hotels but more pricey. Surin beach is fantastic, has a very family beach atmosphere. Plenty of vendors offering food and drinks, I loved this area as it's far from the seediness of Patong and closer to airport. I went to Phuket in 2011, stayed in Patong and I thought what the hell! It wasn't the paradise I was promised. So if you want to see Thailand for what it really is don't go to Patong or Kata or Karon beach it is too westernised. Nothing wrong with it but it just doesn't feel like you're in Thailand in those particular areas. Surin Sunset hotel is not a bad hotel but if it's all one can afford then it's what one can afford. It's clean and in a good convenient location but don't expect anything more. Nice owners so don't want to give bad reviews.

Hotel was location and great value for the price. The room did not look like the photos online so be warned you may be in a more outdated room with other amenities but if all you need is a place to sleep this place is great
