Pleasant stay, needs a bit of maintenance

It was a nice little apartment not to far from Patong and had a few activities near by, the only problems we encountered was that the pool on the balcony was absolutely filthy and was unusable for that reason also some of the jets in the bath didn’t work a little bit of maintenance in these areas would help. There was a beautiful view over the beach. Overall it was a present stay

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The place is just wonderful. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes with a taxi or motorbike to be in center of Patong. You will receive a nice little apartment with a beautiful view. It is pretty expensive compare to other similar apartment and you have no services at all. No room cleaning, no towel exchange for the whole stay. I was 10 days with the same sheets and towel. You have to pay the electricity and the cleaning at the end of your staying. It was very noisy because the jacuzzi above my bedroom was running all the time and it was very disturbing. It could be such a beautiful location but the conditions are quite poor.
