-Great location for the beach, shopping and dinning. -Nice room with kitchen tap and microwave. -Quiet and safe feelings. -Click the breakfast option and paid the extra thru Expedia booking, walked up to the Pacific Resort only got told there were no breakfast for us. Not sure it was an Expedia booking issue or the hotel's issue.

Best bang for buck, 6/5

Best bang for buck on Karon beach. Location is very close to the beach, all kinds of small shops and restaurants are all around. You can leave your laundry to the hotel and they will clean it for a fee. Every staff member was super friendly, especially Chai who arranged us a scooter in 10 minutes. Room had balcony and a big fridge, good wifi and comfy bed. The reception is at Karon Cafe Inn which is few meters on the same road so if you come with a taxi or navigate by yourself, put Karon Cafe Inn as destination. I could not recommend this place enough, absolute gem of Karon beach.

An Excellent Value

This hotel is an excellent value. Everything about is wonderfully utilitarian, functional and provides for a very comfortable stay. It is not fancy but it lacks for nothing.

The great value of this property is its location near the beach and being able to use their sister The Pacific Resort. Its an easy walk with a lovely pool, lots of towels and seating. Their meals are also good and the staff welcoming. The Paradise Inn could do with a regrout of the shower area. However the bed was fantastic with white sheets and towels for the bathroom. Simple things like removing the fold up bed from the landing on the third floor would also help. Another plus was that the stair area is air conditioned. We were on th third floor but it was not a problem Karon Cafe (their 3rd sister hotel) has good food and a free salad bar. One problem.Our front room on level 3 had a smell from the toilet (not uncommon in SE Asia). Once in the room for more than a couple of minutes, you didnt notice it. I would stay there again.

Rum 126 på tredjevåningen, toppen städning dagligen. Hård säng men bra kuddar. Receptionen mycket behjälplig och bra restaurang på systerhotellet Sanahe/Karon Inn samt Princess Ocen resort där vi åt frukost samt nyttjade poolen.

Rimelig hotell med sentralt i Karon

Hotell med moderne rom, god seng, safe med tallkode, daglig renhold, utmerket frokost. Rommet mitt var plassert noen få skritt unna resepsjon og restauranten, det var også rom i øvre del av restauranten. Må understreke at betjeningen ga veldig god service. Vil gjerne benytte hotellet på framtidig reise.

Well Worth It!

Any review about travel accommodations in Thailand must be considered through the lens of the economic devastation that covid has left behind. This hotel has many nice features that one can easily overlook—the arrangement of the lighting, the balcony, the bedding is excellent. If I had to offer one criticism it would be that there is not really hot water (tepidly warm only) but that is not such a big deal in Thailand. The staff, really just one woman and her husband, are very accommodating and doing their best. The location of the hotel is very convenient and the price is right!

Basic and comfortable

The hotel was nice! The amenities are basic, but the room was bigger than average with a kitchenette and sitting bench. The staff were friendly and helped arrange a taxi to the airport for us. It's close to the beach and lots of food.
