Decent place, well positioned.

Decent flat, a bit expensive (get one towards the hill i you want to sleep quietly. Owner and staff very nice, avoid breakfast.

The room was spacious, clean, modern and with a balcony. I could sit out on the balcony for hours just admiring the view. The staff was very nice and the owner very hospitable. Upon arrival I hadn't eaten and I was offered a complimentary breakfast free of charge. I was also offered a free breakfast upon departure. The owner even sat with me as we chatted away the morning. I would without hesitation rent here again and will recommend it to friends and family. Cheers 😁

A great hotel, was clean, great view from the balcony. Very friendly staff. Quiet at night, easy 2 minutes walk to supermarket and restaurants and bars, about 15 minutes walk to the beach. Would happily stay again.

Clean linens and towels. Very ill kept property. Everything needed a deep clean. Workmanship was terrible. Pool was very dirty and water looked unsafe to swim in. Shower was broken and shower floor and bathroom was full of mold. STAY AWAY! I have pictures if you’d like to see them.

I stayed 3 nights with my kids 19, 12 and 10. Very clean room and property in general. Breakfast was nice options for all of us, the had cereal, seafood, noodles, salad, coffee, tea, juice, toast etc. they offered shuttle to Kata Beach which was great. The shower was a little tricky to use and the mattress was firmer than I prefer. The pool was warm and lovely. The view from our room was spectacular overlooking the main street and view of mountains. Quiet street and was good spot to stay with kids.

Déception

Pratiquement 600€ une semaine pour deux avec petit déjeuner. Studio qui n'a rien d'un studio tout est vraiment médiocre le lit inconfortable, le studio est entièrement taché de la douche au coin lavage de vaisselle. Honnêtement passer votre chemin cela ne vaut pas le coup on est loin loin des standards hôtel 3*. Pour dépatouiller 1 ou 2 nuit (par manque de choix ok mais plus non vous allez très vite regretter) Piscine dans le bâtiment en face piscine vieille je n'est jamais vue personne se baigner. 2000 bath de caution a l'arrivée qui ont était rendu à la fin du voyage Point positif 15 min à pied de la plage attention c'est en pente c'est assez fatiguant sous forte chaleur.

Fint til prisen drop poolen

Fint hotel med et meget venligt personale og meget sevicemindet. Fint til prisen. Men poolen var sundhedsskadelig, da den var helt grøn af algevækst - hvilket vi fandt ud af, dagen efter en aften dukkert hvor vi begge har fået udslæt på hele kroppen. Derudover er udvalget i morgenmadsbuffen er ret kedeligy. Du kan sagtens overleve, men ikke noget at råbe hurra for.

Dåligt

Dåligt hotell som inte alls levde upp till mina förväntningar. Står att det ska vara ett tre-stjärnigt men det är det långt ifrån. Skulle stanna 4 nätter men blev bara 1 natt sen bytte jag. Rummet var stelt och tråkigt, täcket luktade unket och var klibbigt, badrummet var gammalt med stor fläck i duschen osv.. finns mycket mer som var dåligt men aldrig jag återvänder dit.

Trevlig hotell med världens snällaste personal. Tyvärr extremt hård säng och kudde men personalen kunde lösa mjukare kuddar vilket hjälpte! Mysigt läge på berget om man vill ha lite lugn och ro.

Bra prisvärd hotell

Bra prisvärd hotell. Bra pool. Frukosten är helt ok men inte mer än så. Maten va oftast kall och det mesta va slut om man kom in lite senare. Hyrde vespa så lätt att komma både till kata o Karon från hotellet.

Wasn't Pleased

We stayed there for 5 nights. We had 2 rooms booked. The first room the air con did not work as we had to sweat whole night .. Made a complain but they didn't do anything on that day. The other room had the same issue as the air con didn't work and was told that it cannot be fixed. The WiFi works when it feels like .. The phone in all the rooms doesn't work so if you want to make a complain about something you have to walk down to the reception who was not friendly at all. Half the time they do not understand what I was saying ...

Не понимаю, почему у этого отеля такой высокий рейтинг. Персонал просто кошмар: за испачканное полотенце "чуть глаза не выцарапали", требовали оплатить. При бронировании в описании номера указано, что предоставляются банные халаты, которых и в помине нет. Когда их запросили, сделали круглые глаза, типа нету. Завтраки очень скудные. За такую же цену, есть намного лучше отели. До моря далековато, но не страшно. Отель рекомендовать не буду однозначно.

Dejlige 3 overnatninger. Skøn pool og fin morgen buffet. Belysningen på værelset kunne godt være bedre og opfyldning med toiletpapir + rene håndklæder manglede. Vi skulle selv hente og spørge om ekstra. Ellers et godt ophold. Meget sødt personale.

Oj vilka hårda sängar!

Tyvärr drog sängkvaliteten ner på betyget. Det var så hårda så sömnen lyste med sin frånvaro :( Annars var det underbart att få bo intill poolen med utsikt över bergen.

Lae Lay Suites was a good choice for us to spend the last 3 days of our 3 week holiday in Thailand - the staff was very nice and very helpfull. We can only recommend this hotel, especially if you want peace and take a break from the rush you find downtown Karon or Patong. The hotel is clean and minimalistic, comfortable as well, and the people who work at the hotel are very helpfull and kind. The breakfast is good - and the coffee is fresh brewed from roasted coffee beans (we like that) :)
