It's a very hot country, and even though the air conditioner broke down, I couldn't contact them, had to pay my own money to sleep in a different hotel for a night, had to pay the electricity bill separately, and even though I changed rooms, the air conditioner didn't work properly! Especially the person working in the office was so unfriendly!! I don't want to go again, and I recommend going to another friendly hotel! Everything is so messed up!!

We arrived a bit early and no one was there so we went to grab some food and returned at 2 pm for check in and no one was there. We asked some tenants in the building and walked around for well over an hour in 90 degree heat trying to find anyone to speak too with no success. When I tried to call the number provided to reach the property it said it was invalid and not in service. We eventually elected to find another their accommodation as some members of our party had health conditions that made it difficult to continue to be walking around in the extreme heat indefinitely. We then received communication from the host MANY hours later asking what time they should plan on us arriving. If you are not going to be present from 9am to 9 pm as the listing suggests that requires advanced communication. We requested a refund which has still not been granted.

Lieu très agréable avec belle piscine au cœur de la résidence. L’accessibilité est horrible, une montée à gravir digne d’un sport d’ escalade avec valises en prime. La propreté de notre appartement etait médiocre. Et la literie à ressort trop ferme accompagné de coussins trop surélevée. Le personnel est très sympathique en particulier à la réception.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schmutzig, schimmelig, runtergekommen und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es war kein Bewohnen möglich, wir sind sofort wieder abgereist. Es ist schade, dass sowas überhaupt angeboten wird.

We booked "superior two bedroom with sea view sq m 125, but we got "one level lower" two bedrooms apartment sea view without terrace. I received this suite after discussion with the responsible manager. The Karon Butterfly propose us absolutely not correspond to the description room at the beginning. The infrastructure services catered to our expectations.

ทางขึ้นโรงแรมชันมากแทกซี่ไม่ขึ้นไปส่งรถรับส่งเสีย รถสำรองไม่มีต้องเดินขึ้นเดินลงเอง ท่อน้ำมีกลิ่น ตอนจองต้องอ่านให้ดีว่าที่จองเป็นแค่ห้องเพราะเค้าจะบวกเพิ่มค่าน้ำ ค่าไฟ ค่าทำความสะอาด ซึ่งไม่เคยพบแบบนี้เลยงง เราบอกขอจองห้องข้างล่าง ควรจะมีอีเมลตอบกลับนิดนึงว่าห้องข้างล่างไม่มีแบบ family room เราจะได้เปลี่ยนเพราะโรงแรมไม่มีลิฟแล้วเราพาแม่ไป ร้านอาหารปิดเร็วบวกกับไม่มีรถรับส่ง ทำให้รู้สึกลำบากในการไปพักในครั้งนี้

Forfærdeligt hotel. Roomservice var absolut det dårligste jeg hidtil har oplevet. Og så har man endda betalt ekstra for det. Bakken op til hotellet fra byen var den største dræber. Jeg forstår godt man ikke har valgt at notere det nogle steder. For så ville ingen besøge hotellet! Det var larmende, lugtende og morgenmaden var seriøst ikke noget at skrive hjem om. Her var 4 valgmuligheder, ikke meget når man skal på der i 12 dage. En kop kaffe og et glas juice til morgenmaden, hvis man ønskede mere drikkelse var det for egen regning! Aircondition på værelset var der intet af, det vil sige der var en, men værelset var alligevel 30 grader. Sengen, ja hvad skal jeg snart sige? Hvis man sætter pris på sin nattesøvn, så får man ikke meget af det her. Sengen var en feltmadres, dvs. at man kunne mærke fjedrende når man skulle sove. Hvilket resulterede i dårlig ryg det meste af ferien. En kombination af dårlig seng og et alt for varmt værelse, kunne man ikke ligefrem prale af at have fået sin skønhedssøvn. Men ellers var værelset fint, der var en masse køkkenredskaber og andet så man kunne lave frokost og aftensmad på værelset.

The place looked great and the staff was very nice. Room service doesn't take long and the pool side had an alright view. The residence is up a steep hill, which made it a bit tough to climb if you're not used to it, but they had a shuttle bus to bring you up or down if needed. Shuttle also brings you to the nearby beach if needed.

Отдыхали семьей в отеле вторую половину июля, начало августа 2019. Кондо хороший, однако находится на возвышенности с крутым подъемом. Спасает то, что в отеле есть трансфер до пляжа и обратно каждый час с 7-00 до 21-00. Время в пути 5 мин до пляжа. Маршрут трансфера проходит мимо большого супермаркета Макро, очень удобно на нем ездить за продуктами и обратно. Нас поселили в номер, в котором плохо работал один из кондиционеров, при обращении нас на следующий день поселили в другой похожий номер. Вид из номера на бассейн и видно также море с потрясающими закатами. Холодильники, телевизоры в номерах большие, правда каналы TV показывают как от обычной антенны неважно. Из минусов- очень было плохое интернет соединение. Реально хорошо работал только на ресепшене в дневное время. Также в номере нет утюга и стиральной машинки, но в целом не жалеем, что жили в этом отеле.

晚上沒有工作人員 只有一位守衛 我們晚上大約7點到 就沒有人幫我們服務 沒人能幫我們CHECK IN 後來是守衛拿房間鑰使給我們 但沒什麼辦法溝通 他英文不好 我們訂的房間是海景房 但根本看不到海 房內的質感也很差 明顯跟照片上顯式的差很多 不值得推薦 下次絕對不會選擇這間
