Very Nice place

Its not a 5 star hotel if thats what you’re looking for find another place. However if you want a Nice quiet place with very friendly people at a low cost this is the place! Its a couple of Blocks away from the noice and traffic but still just a Walk from everything. I Can really recommend it and Will Come back again. Theis

Nice little hotel, close to the beach and night markets. Overall a clean little hotel with the basics mainly great. Hot water in showers was a little frustrating though. Overall very happy with our stay.

Great location very close to, but still off, the main drag and just ten minutes to the beach. The staff was friendly and it was clean- I felt it was a good value, although the bed was a little hard for my taste. The cafe was nice too- overall a solid place to stay. The wifi was strong as well- I had a meeting via skype with no problems.

Ça fait la 3ème fois que je réserve chez vous là très très déçue pas d accueil des patrons on nous a mis au 3ème étage alors que quand j ai vu la dame de nuit elle m'a confirmé que l ont changeraient de chambre le mercredi ce jour là je suis tombée sur la patronne qui m'a dit qu'il fallait payer pour changer de chambre j'ai refusé le petit déjeuner 1 œuf sur le plat cramé et de petits morceaux de viande cramés pour les petits déjeuners de ma fille et mon mari en plus il fallait payer le café le lait et le jus d orange qui n étaient pas inclus dans le petit déjeuner soit disant américain en plus dans notre chambre les rideaux étaient tout déchiré j en ai fait de la dépression en rentrant les patrons ne répondaient même pas à notre bonjour au revoir quand on avait la chance de les voir et pendant 17 nuits nous savions qu il y avait 20 chambres de libres mais qu ils vous disaient que c était complet parce que vous leur preniez 30% sur vos réservations ce qui est normal pour faire marcher votre entreprise franchement j espère que vous allez faire un gros geste commercial parce que pour la 1ère fois que j emmène ma fille en voyage j ai été déprimée pour elle et pourtant je n avais jamais été déçu de mes voyages avec expédia nous voulions aller au Maroc où en crête avec expédia mais maintenant si vous ne nous faites pas un énorme geste commercial nous choisirons un autre site et je ne ferai pas une bonne pub sur expédia j ai même pris des photos des rideaux complètement déchirés

stayed 10 nights. very good - cleaning, location, room comfortable, quiet, beach nearby. not good - only one key, staff unhelpful about giving second key so found local key cutter. sharing pool with local divers! first night wasnt good as no hot water. overall, happy after bumpy start. would stay again.

1 russisk fam på 8 fik lov til at styre det hele. De overtog hele poolen med høj musik og alkohol hele dagen. Dem der ejet/bestyrede hotellet var ikke til at snakke med. Kan IKKE anbefales til børnefamilier.

Lidt slidt hotel, men okay. Ligger 4 minutter væk fra restauranter m.v. = minimal støj. Nærmest ingen ansatte forstår engelsk. Ikke-fungerende og ustabilt wifi, opnåede kun 15+22 minutter i løbet af 7 dage på værelset. Pool størrelse latterlig lille, dog ikke vores mål for hotel.

Excellent Budget hotel

We have stayed at this hotel many times a) because we like the facilities b) its cleanliness c) quiet area d) great price. Little things, normal wifi (no secondary login screen), huge fridge, power stays on when you leave the room so you can charge your phone/tablet.

Netterweise durften wir 2 Stunden vorher einchecken als gedacht..Allerdings kam uns schon im Flur ein stechend chemischer Geruch entgegen. Im Zimmer hat es ebenfalls übel gerochen und zusätzlich war der Wasserkocher defekt, 2 von 3 Badezimmerlampen ebenfalls, die Wände sind fleckig, die Bettwäsche fleckig, die Möbel alt (Lack blättert ab), die Dusche voller Schimmel, Spiegel fleckig, die Kopfstützen von den Betten staubig und der Kleiderschrank staubig und schmutzig. Nach einer direkten Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde uns eine Putzfrau mit aufs Zimmer geschickt, die den grobsten Dreck beseitigt hat. Der Wasserkocher wurde glücklicherweise ausgetauscht, sowie die Lichter. Wobei ein Licht nach 3 Tagen wieder kaputt ging. Ich habe mich komplett unwohl gefühlt und Kopfschmerzen von den chemischen Gerüchen bekommen, die unter anderem in den Handtüchern und in der Bettwäsche stecken. Trotz nachsichtigem Personal empfehle ich dieses Hotel keinem weiter.

Good value, decent location!

Close to Kata beach which is not nearly as nice as Karon beach (10-15 min walk further) or Patong beach (tuk-tuk/taxi). Around main road many restaurants, massage, bars so much on offer quite cheap. Hotel was cheap as well considering the stadard of the room!

Wifi var urdåligt samt att det var lyhört. Dörrar som smälldes igen av hotellgäster hördes jätteväl. Vår luftkonditioneringen (AC) gick sönder med jämna mellanrum och fick fixas. Det var även långt till närmsta 7/11 butik. (8 min till fots) Vår utsikt från balkongen var ett överväxt gräsmatta med ett sopberg av hushållssopor. Det enda positiva var att det var bra städning.

We stayed here as a last minute booking and wanted a place with a pool. It's OK value for money if that's what you're looking for. Disappointed as soon as we got to the back-packer style reception area, then led to the room, which was up 3 flights of the steepest stairs. Everything in the room was worn out, old & depressing. The wifi is poor. The small pool has a tiny area around it to sit and it faces the street where people are constantly passing! Also, the place is divided into 2 buildings. Your room may be in another building down the road, across the street, so if you want to go to the pool you have to go up/down some more steep stairs, cross the road again. Best thing about it is its close to the market area. There are better places to stay for similar price. It's more a 2-star, than 3.

Centralt men ändå lite vid sidan

Helt godkänt hotell. Ligger lite vid sidan av men inte många minuter från stora gatan. Rummen finns i ett par byggnader med varsin pool. Verkar hållas rent men är inte direkt mysiga att sitta vid så vi höll oss vid stranden. Bra frukost där man i restaurangen får välja på ett antal olika alternativ.
