We stayed in February 2026. The room is not suitable for relaxation. The windows face two sides. On one side there is a noisy street. On the other side there is construction. The staff is polite.

Sale, délabré et dangereux

Nous avons pris un bungalows pour 3 nuits. Mauvaise pioche : - pas d'eau chaude, on apprend le lendemain qu'il faut se doucher le jour car l'eau chauffe avec le soleil, on aurait aimé le savoir à notre arrivée. - nous avons réservés 2 lits séparés et les lits sont collés et nous devons partagés le drap. Le personnel a dit qu'il les séparerait le lendemain mais ils ne l'ont pas fait pourtant on est restés 3nuits. - si vous prenez une chambre, vous sortirez alors dans le jardin par un escalier trés dangereux qui se termine dans la piscine - le balcon des bungalows est inutilisable tant le mobilier de jardin est sale - les transat de la piscine sont également trés sales - les draps qu'on a eu sont tâchés. On a en demandé des propres et le personnel nous a dit qu'on avait qu'à changer d'hotel ! On etait choqués. On a refusé car on a déjà payé cet hotel et on n'a pas envie de predre du temps à en rechercher un autre. Le personnel de jour (femmes) et le veilleur de nuit (homme) sont impolis par leur attitude et leurs réponses. - le menage est mal fait : sol sale pres des murs. - les serviettes de toilettes sont bleus donc pas lavés à haute temperature et vu le lieu c'est pas rassurant - le mobilier est vétuste, l'éclairage archaique et inefficace. - il y a des tâches partout sur les murs, ce n'est vraiment pas entretenu. - le wi fi marche quelques minutes de temps en temps. On n'a pas pu en profiter autant qu'on le souhaitait. - Enfin le matelas est dur comme du bois.

Rien à voir avec les photos affichées sur site. Le client est trompé, la propreté laisse à désirer. Le jardin est mal entretenu. Que dire de la poussière dans la chambre. Ce n est pas un bon rapport qualité prix. J ai demandé le remboursement car nous avions payé d avance mais la centrale ne nous a pas répondu. Le côté positif c est sue l on est bien placé près de la plage et des commerces. Pas un bon rapport qualité prix.

Lite enklare hotell med hyfsat nära stranden. Det mesta i serviceväg finns i närheten. Normalt väldigt tyst på natten. Inget direkt hålligång i närheten. Många restauranger i närområdet.

Man får vad man betalar för.

+ Positivt *Bra område, nära till bargatan i Kata & 10 min gångväg till stranden, dock en äcklig väg dit längs med en avloppsbäck. *Lugnt trots det hyfsat centrala läget. *oftast ganska lugnt vid poolen. (var där i april) *Trevlig personal. *Mysig miljö med uteplatser på stor innergård. - Negativt *Hela badrummet fullt av myror när vi kom, dock fixade personalen det med någon spray så det var inget problem senare. *Bara 7 solstolar och 2 parasoll vid poolen. *Hela hotellet är väldigt slitet och gammalt. Känns inte vidare fräscht. *Fläckiga, gamla sängkläder. *Extremt obekväm säng som man kände fjädrarna genom. *Wi-fi fungerar dåligt om man inte står direkt under någon av switcharna. *Rummen är INTE myggtäta. *Dåligt fungerande AC.

Nice but little worn down

I had to walk around little bit to get to kata beach. There's even playground next to surf house. I'll stay there again when I visit kata beach.

Dette var et opphold der jeg var glad jeg kunne dra fort igjen. Ble godt tatt imot men rommet var slitt, mugg på badet og bassenget lå helt feil til i forhold til der rommene lå. Jeg valgte derfor ikke å bruke det. Hotellet ligger ellers til midt i smørøyet for restauranter, barer og massasjesteder. 10 minutters rusletur ned til stranda.

Hotellin yhteydessä olevassa ravintolassa saimme koko loman parasta ruokaa. Yleensä emme kahta kertaa syö samassa paikassa, mutta nyt kävimme jopa kolmesti.

Nice beach hotel in Phuket. Bed was not my favourite ever, but I was looking for a bed walking distance to the beach, and this hotel fit the bill. Staff was AMAZING, staying on site until 1am when I landed late... even though the office closed at 6pm during the low season.
