Lovely location

The hotel was a little dated, but the room was comfortable, and the pool was very nice. Some good choices for breakfast, and in a very convenient location.

Excellent staff, Front Office Manager, Eugene is very helpful. The hotel is popular with Russian and Chinese tourists. The pools are crystal clear and easy walk to beach. Nice breakfast buffet, with pleasant staff.

Great hotel, would go again

Apart from low shower pressure (which was mostly because water pressure was low inarea, i cant think of a thing to complain about. And the staff was helpful and kind and always greeted tou with a smile.

I would go to this hotel again.

Very nice hotel near the beach. Easy walking to anything that you might need. The overall condition was good, but it is time for the management to start thinking about some TLC to be done for the long range.

Well situated… but…

Be aware that the hotel is well situated, but is not clean and needs renovation. There were pieces of wood that were destroyed in the bathroom and the room was not really clean. There were dead insects sticked on the walls and the smell was not always nice in the room. The AC was so strong that we all got sick. On the good note, the pool was nice and the breakfast was included. I don’t think we would go back there.

We loved the openness of the room. Bathtub would have been nice, if there was a plug?Yes, we know how to use the twisting knob on the side of the tub, there was no plug at all. TV options are none existent. Not many channels, couldn’t Cast on the TV which would have made things ok. It is the only real negatives.

While the staff was friendly and accomodating, the property and rooms are badly in need of upkeep and maintenance. Mould, wood rot, layers of paint, telephones that don't work, faulty plumbing were all part of what we experience. there were areas I felt unsafe walking on. Breakfast was fine and service on the whole was good.

Nice hotel a block from the beach

Good location, but not on the beach. My room had a partial sea view, but it was far from the only elevator. They had 2 pools, and I noticed they had a few rooms that had direct access to the pool - that would be really nice. I would book far enough in advance to get a pool access room. Give the hotel’s cat an ear scratch for me.

We stayed here because of the pool and the price. My first time to Thailand, visiting from Hawaii. Standards are night and day. The hotel was old but in good shape. Service staff were very friendly and attentive. Highlights of the hotel were the size of our room, the large pool and a sweet little kitty cat welcomed us every morning at breakfast, helping us with missing our kitties from home. Would stay here again.

We stayed in a deluxe room on the top floor and it was very spacious and clean. The staff throughout the hotel are exceptional!! Always so friendly and attentive to help with whatever you may need. The people on breakfast duty are lovely and I enjoyed seeing their smiling faces first thing in the mornings. The pools are refreshing and the maintenance staff are always cleaning the pool and surrounds. Everyone here works so hard to make your stay comfortable and memorable! We have enjoyed our home for 2 weeks and will miss it. This hotel is Definitely great value for money and a great location to walk to nearby shops, restaurants and of course the beach is only across the road. We have a motorbike and there is plenty of parking just at the front. Our absolute favourite thing is the staff though! These are the faces you see everyday with warm greetings and friendly smiles. 🙏

Friendly Staff - tired, not well maintained hotel.

Create location but the hotel is really tired and not well maintained. Staff is friendly but overall condition and comfort doesn’t line up with the smile. - suprized 3000 B security deposit in cash upon arrival - Shower and corners not cleaned. - Unsafe overhead bridge in the shortcut to room-lobby - Large gaps in doors forcing the use of AC in continuous. Staff put bypass cards to maintain AC on all day because of these gaps. - slow supply at the breakfast. - beads are ok but the bug spray bottle left on our bed the 2nd night was a bit concerning. Overall a sweet and sour experience

Charme et romantique au andaman seaview.

Très bonne expérience, un très tres bon accueil, un personnel au petit soin. Très commerçant. L'hôtel est plein de charme, on y mange très bien et il est bien placé a 100 m de la plage, restaurant, shop etc.. La chambre est également charmante et spacieuse. Très belle piscine.

Ett hotell som har sett sine beste dager. Her trengs det en renovering. Spesielt i bassengområdet. store og praktiske rom med både dusj og badekar på superior rommene. Mange muligheter for mat ute i gaten. Restaurantene kan være noe plaget med trafikkstøy. Veldig trafikkert vei mellom restauranter og strand.
