We have just returned from the best trip to Vietnam!
Our first stop was Hanoi and we stayed at this fantastic hotel located in the old quarter.
Check in was so easy, rooms clean and you are right in the hustle and bustle of this amazing city. After 2 nights we went off to Halong bay and the hotel kept all of our luggage until our return which made everything stress free.
We have stayed at 6 hotels during this trip and my husband and I have both agreed that this hotel stood out as our best. What makes this hotel extra special are the staff!
Mia and Helena are so wonderful, welcoming and cannot do enough for you and the lovely Andrew who always greeted us with a big smile and gave us some great recommendations for our visit to Hue!
Thank you for making our time in Hanoi so fantastic and we will definitely be back!

Large & clean rooms, professional staff, good facilities (although the jacuzzi wasn’t working in the spa), amazing breakfast. Definitely highly recommended. Good location about 10-12mins walk from the centre of the old quarter, train street and Hoan Kiem lake.
